Procurement of assets by auction requires a decision support in selecting the winning bidder so that decision makers can pick and choose the winner of the auction. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS), which serves as an aid in decision making in the process of evaluating the winning bidder acquisitions. In order to achieve the purpose of SPK well then helped by using one of the methods in decision-making that is the method of Simple Additive weighting method (SAW) to evaluate alternatives in the provision of asset based decision-making criteria. This method has the advantage criteria (benefits) and cost criteria (cost). Criteria advantage (benefit) is used when considering the aspects of decision making maximum profit. While the cost criteria (cost) is the inverse of the attributes of an advantage, in this draft decision will be looking for a minimal fee. The results may support the decision on the selection of an alternative evaluation of acquisitions winners based on predetermined criteria.
Savings dan Payment unit is one of the units of the Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Diponegoro University (KPRI). In the development of these units already have information systems infrastructure, namely the Cooperative Information Systems (SIMASPRI) and KPRI website. However, data processing on the system has not been integrated also not all business processes can be handled through the information system. SIMASPRI does not have features that allow members to carry out registration processes, loan applications, deposit payments, and installments online. So, members must come to the cooperative every time they want to carry out a registration or transaction process. Meanwhile, KPRI has a target for members to be able to process registration, deposit payments, apply for loans, and pay installments online using a website or mobile application. So it is necessary to improve the features and functions of the Cooperative Information Systems and KPRI website, as well as the design in the mobile version with the aim to offer convenience to members in accessing. Therefore, an analysis of business architecture and information system architecture design as a basic framework of business solutions to solve problems in optimizing the use of information technology. This study uses the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) framework with the stages passed, namely preliminary, vision architecture, requirements management, business architecture and information system architecture consisting of data architecture and application architecture. From the analysis of the architectural design and approval of KPRI Diponegoro University manager, the proposed blueprint business architecture, data architecture and application architecture as the basic foundation needed to support business activities in the Saving dan Payment unit KPRI Diponegoro University.
Pada penelitian ini dilakukan kombinasi steganografi dan kriptografi untuk pengamanan data dengan tidak mengubah kualitas media cover. Metode steganografi yang digunakan dengan melakukan pencocokan bit pesan pada bit MSB citra. Proses pencocokan dilakukan secara divide and conquer. Hasil indeks posisi bit kemudian dienkripsi menggunakan algoritma kriptografi Data Encryption Standard (DES). Masukkan data berupa pesan teks, citra, dan kunci. Output yang dihasilkan berupa chiperteks posisi bit yang dapat digunakan untuk merahasiakan data. Untuk mengetahui isi pesan semula diperlukan kunci dan citra yang sama. Kombinasi yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan untuk pengamanan data. Kelebihan metode tersebut citra tidak mengalami perubahan kualitas dan kapasitas pesan yang disimpan dapat lebih besar dari citra. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan citra hitam putih maupun color dapat digunakan sebagai cover, kecuali citra 100% hitam dan 100% putih. Proses pencocokan pada warna citra yang bervariasi lebih cepat. Kerusakan pesan dengan penambahan noise salt and peper mulai terjadi pada nilai MSE 0,0067 dan gaussian mulai terjadi pada nilai MSE 0,00234.
