Amaç: Sağlık hizmetine erişiminin en önemli komponentlerinden biri olan sağlık hizmeti yürütücüsü hekimlerin mültecilere verilen sağlık hizmeti hakkında görüş ve tutumlarının belirlenmesi ve elde edilen sonuçların sağlığa erişim hakkı çerçevesinde tartışılması amaçlandı. Gereç ve Yöntem: Kesitsel nitelikteki çalışmada, çalışmanın amacına yönelik 32 sorudan oluşan bir anket formu hazırlandı ve 22.10.2018-22.01.2019 tarihleri arasında erişime açık olan ankete 571 hekim yanıt verdi. Verilerin analizi SPSS 21.0 paket programı ile yapıldı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistiksel analiz kullanıldı. Bulgular: Mültecilerin tüm sağlık hizmetlerine ücretsiz erişememesi gerektiğini düşünenlerin oranı %43,5 (n:248)’ti. Katılımcı hekimlerin %26,4 (n:151)’ü aynı klinik duruma sahip Türk vatandaşlarına mültecilere göre öncelik tanınması gerektiğini, %85,4 (n:485)’ü tıp eğitimi sırasında mülteci sağlığına yönelik eğitim almadığını, %40,2 (n:225)’si mülteci hastalardan hiçbir zaman ayrıntılı anamnez alamadığını ya da nadiren alabildiğini, %59,9 (n:343)’u mülteci hastaların vereceği tedaviyi düzgün kullanacağına inanmadığını, %14,6 (n:81)’sı mülteci hastalar ile diğer hastalarına aynı şekilde yaklaşmadığını belirtmiştir. Sonuç: Hekimlerin mültecilerin sağlığa erişimlerine yönelik eksik bilgileri, iletişim sorunları ve ön yargıları uygulamada meslek etiğine aykırı yaklaşımlara sebep olabilmektedir. Hekimlerin, meslek etik kurallarına yönelik farkındalığı arttırılmalı, tıp eğitimleri müfredatlarına mülteci sağlığına yönelik daha fazla eğitim içeriği konulmalı ve sağlık sisteminde dezavantajlı gruplara yönelik planlı, uzun vadeli programlar yapılmalıdır.

ILO, dünya çapında yılda yaklaşık 340 milyon iş kazası meydana geldiğini ve bu kazaların yaklaşık 2,3 milyon işçinin ölümüne sebep olduğunu bildirmektedir. ILO'nun belirli aralıklarla güncellediği bu veriler, iş kazası ve meslek hastalıklarındaki artışı da göstermektedir. 2
