Diskominfo Surabaya, as a government agency, received much community participatory for improvement of governmental services, with increasing number of 698, 2717, 4176 and 4298 participatory data respectively in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. It is challenging for Diskominfo Surabaya to set a target by giving the response back within 24 hours. Due to task complexity to address the degree of participatory and to categorize the group of participatory, they faced difficulty to fulfill the target. In this research, we present a new system for measuring the sentiment degree of community participatory. We provide 5 functions in our system, which are: (1) Data Collection, (2) Data Preprocessing, (3) Text Mining, (4) Sentiment Analysis and (5) Validation. We propose our rule-based technique for the sentiment analysis of opinion mining with detection of 8 important parts, which are (1) Verb, (2) Adjective, (3) Preposition, (4) Noun, (5) Adverb, (6) Symbol, (7) Phrase, and (8) Complimentary. For applicability of our proposed system, we made a series of experiment with 410 data of community participatory in Twitter for Diskominfo Surabaya and compared with other sentiment classification algorithms which are SVM and Naive Bayes Classifier. Our system performed 77.32% rate of accuracy and outperformed to other comparing algorithms.
Kualitas air memegang peranan penting dalam bidang budidaya perikanan. Faktor yang menentukan kualitas air salah satunya adalah kadar TDS (Total Disolved Solid). Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan TDS meter yang memiliki akurasi yang presisi agar mampu mengukur kualitas berbagai jenis air secara akurat. Dalam penelitian ini mengembangkan protype yang mampu mengukur kadar TDS dalam air. Prototype ini terdiri atas perangkat sensor TDS, Arduino UNO dan LCD untuk menampilkan hasil pembacaan kualitas air yang diukur. Supaya akurasi yang dibaca prototype mampu mengimbangi TDS meter komersil, maka peneliti menggunakan algoritma regresi linier untuk dimasukkan ke dalam program program TDS Arduino. Hasil dari eksperimen menunjukkan akurasi prototype TDS yang semula 77% naik menjadi 98.3% hampir mendekati presisi dengan TDS meter komersil pada umumunya.
Scouting is one of the extracurricular activities that exist from elementary school, junior high school, high school, vocational high school, to college level. Scouts themselves are extras who have an active role in educating character, having a nationalist, leader, social and community spirit. There is some scouting material that is quite a lot for scout members to learn. Therefore, the Android-based “Strong Scout” scouting application is expected to increase interest and members of the scout extracurricular activities themselves in learning. This application is designed using the waterfall method. System design using erd, dfd and activity diagrams. The system uses a sqlite DBMS and is based on Android. This research resulted in an application that can be run according to the menu and its function, starting from the material, practice questions and the process. This android-based scouting application can make it easier for members in scouting activities and can increase the interest of students to take scout extracurricular activities.
Tren peningkatan minat masyarakat untuk memelihara ikan hias selama pandemi covid-19 telah membuat permintaan ikan hias meningkat. Hal ini ditangkap oleh banyak kelompok masyarakat sebagai peluang usaha yang penjanjikan. Salah satu kelompok masyarakat ini menamai dirinya GCP (Grosir Cupang Ponorogo). Dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya GCP mengalami kendala yakni komunikasi antara bagian pemasaran dengan bagian pembudidaya dan pemelihara. Melalui penelitian ini, dengan mengikuti kerangka daur hidup pengembangan perangkat lunak, dikembangkanlah pemecahkan masalah dengan membangun aplikasi katalog online berbasis mobile.
Pacitan Kota Seribu Goa dimana pacitan memiliki banyak goa, pantai dan tempat wisata sehingga pacitan terkenal akan keindahan pariwisatanya. Saat ini, Pacitan belum memiliki sistem yang mengelola informasi-informasi pariwisata di Pacitan sehingga pengunjung akan mengumpulkan informasi-informasi yang terdapat di blog – blog satu persatu selain itu banyak tempat wisata pacitan yang belum diketahui pengunjung yang sebenarnya dapat dijadikan alternatif kunjungan wisata sehingga diperlukan sistem informasi pariwisata pacitan. Sistem Informasi yang akan dibangun terlebih dahulu harus dilakukan analisa dan rancangan. Tujuan penelitian ini melakukan analisa dan rancangan sistem informasi pariwisata Pacitan. Penelitian dimulai dari mengumpulkan sumber referensi, mengumpulkan data, analisa dan merancang sistem. Penelitian ini menghasilkan analisa sistem informasi pariwisata pacitan berupa Use Case Diagram dan Activity Diagram serta rancangan sistem informasi(SI) pariwisata pacitan berupa Entity Relationship Diagram, Class Diagram dan rancangan untuk antar muka pengguna. Analisa dan Rancangan Sistem Informasi Pariwisata ini berguna ketika implementasi ke sistem informasi pariwisata pacitan. Abstract: Pacitan City of a Thousand Caves where Pacitan has many caves, beaches and tourist attractions so that Pacitan is famous for the beauty of its tourism. Currently, Pacitan does not yet have a system that manages tourism information in Pacitan so that visitors will collect information contained in blogs one by one besides that there are many Pacitan tourist attractions that are not yet known to visitors which can actually be used as an alternative to tourist visits so a system is needed. Pacitan tourism information, while in the early stages of building an information system, analysis and design must first be carried out. This study aims to analyze and design a tourism information system in Pacitan. Research starts from collecting reference sources, collecting data, analyzing and designing systems. The research uses the waterfall method, where in this study there are still three initial stages in the method, namely collecting user needs, analyzing and designing information systems. This study resulted in an analysis of the Pacitan tourism information system in the form of Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams and the design of the Pacitan tourism information system (SI) in the form of Entity Relationship Diagrams, Class Diagrams and designs for user interfaces. Analysis and Design of this Tourism Information System can be used to be implemented into tourism information systems, especially tourism in Pacitan Regency.
