Servants of God who serve in the Church use world standards to manage the church. This research sought to find answers regarding the characteristics of honor Dei (God's honor), service learning in the Church, and honor Dei as learning the need for respect from the Servant of God in the Church. This study used literature research and its findings were: (1) Honor Dei comes from God. Ministers of the faith must honor God in what you do. John 14:21 says, “Those who accept my commandments and obey them are the ones who love me.” The values of God's honor: grace from God, purity of Faith, teaching love, and preaching the Gospel. So the value of Dei's honorarium must become a curriculum in the church. (2) Service learning in the Church means ecclesiastical learning to see the behavior or character of the association of believers in God's deeds. (3) Learning honor Dei as learning the need for respect from God's servants is not serving in the church with the objective of gaining worldly honor but one is rather is obliged to live out God's honor within himself or herself: (a) learning the lifestyle of the purity of faith of God's servants. (b) learning the honorary lifestyle of God's servants in teaching love, (c) learning the honorary lifestyle of God's servants in church service, and (d) learning the honorary lifestyle of God's servants as preachers of the Gospel. The implications are that with the formulation of honor Dei learning, God's servant in managing the church use God's touch of honor and can become an example for the spiritual growth of the congregation by doing certain things and living a certain way that is pleasing to God. This means inter alia, learning the honorary lifestyle of God's servants in teaching love; learning the honorary lifestyle of God's servants in church service; learning the honorary lifestyle of God's servants as preachers of the Holy Gospel.
The purposes of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of the quality of the learning process and learning motivation on student achievement partially. 2) To determine the effect of learning motivation on student achievement. This research design is a qualitative research, with a grounded theory type of research.The impact of the teaching and learning quality process affects the improvement of student learning outcomes in addition to the selection of inputs, there are also other factors that determine the so-called external factors and students' internal factors. External factors of students include school infrastructure, teachers, learning processes and other factors that come from the family environment. While internal factors, including health, intelligence, talent, interests, motivation and so on. The influence of the quality of the learning process is a very important factor in determining student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, motivation is a factor to generate, underlie, and direct students' learning actions. The conclusion in this study is that the aspect that is the determining factor for obtaining satisfactory achievement for students in learning is friends who will affect student achievement. The surrounding environment can motivate children to learn if it consists of students, students, doctors. This activity in the community can also affect children's learning.
Culture at the praxis level regulates the way of life, including the educational aspect. In Ambon, especially in the land of Allang, there is an eseupalaloi culture. Eseupalaloi culture is a form of cooperation between communities, both in building houses, creating new land for plantations and those that are carried out voluntarily without getting wages or pay. Especially for gardening, it is carried out by several people which is carried out in rotation in mutual cooperation and takes place in September-November. The spirit that animates eseupalaloi is mutual aid, which is characterized as follows: common problems/challenges; a common will to solve it; grace in problem solving; common sense to solve problems; sincerity and willingness to alleviate the desire to solve problems. This research found that inthe realm of eseupalaloi culture there are values such as cooperation, help, and the importance of life. The culture has a correlation and is inherent in the praxis of Christian education, especially in Allang society. AbstrakKebudayaan pada tataran praksis mengatur cara hidup, termasuk aspek pendidikan. Di Ambon, khususnya di tanah Allang, terdapat budaya eseupalaloi. Budaya eseupalaloi merupakan bentuk kerjasama antar masyarakat, baik dalam membangun rumah, membuat lahan baru untuk perkebunan maupun yang dilakukan secara sukarela tanpa mendapatkan upah atau bayaran. Khusus untuk berkebun dilakukan oleh beberapa orang yang dilakukan secara bergilir secara gotong royong dan berlangsung pada bulan September-November. Semangat yang menjiwai eseupalaloi adalah gotong royong, yang bercirikan sebagai berikut: masalah/tantangan bersama; kemauan bersama untuk menyelesaikannya; rahmat dalam pemecahan masalah; akal sehat untuk memecahkan masalah; keikhlasan dan kesediaan untuk meringankan keinginan dalam memecahkan masalah. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam budaya eseupalaloi terdapat nilai-nilai seperti kerjasama, tolong menolong, dan pentingnya hidup. Budaya tersebut memiliki korelasi dan melekat dalam praksis pendidikan Kristen, khususnya pada dalam masyarakat Allang.
