In general, the application of the concept of organizational culture in schools is actually not much different from the application of other organizational culture concepts. Even if there are differences, it may only lie in the type of dominant value it develops and the characteristics of its supporters. This is because the values developed in schools, of course, cannot be separated from the existence of the school itself as an educational organization, which has a role and function to try to develop, preserve and pass on cultural values to students in the school environment.Based on the results of research that has been carried out with data collected both through questionnaires and separate data collection processes (interviews, observation, and documentation), a conclusion is obtained which states that organizational culture and principal leadership together have positive values and affect teacher performance in SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City. This means that teacher performance does not only come from how a teacher is able to carry out the tasks assigned to him, but how the conditions and work environment are so that they are able to give their best. Thus, overall teachers can work well not only supported by the existence of complete learning facilities and facilities, but also several other factors. This is because the high or low performance of a teacher is none other than due to an underlying drive or need to be able to carry out their work load and responsibilities properly.

The methodology for this study is a quantitative survey model with 261 samples of students who have participated in teaching practice program activities and 755 populations. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM). The research's first key result is that colleges have a crucial role to play in preparing teacher candidates for the industrial revolution 4.0 by enhancing education quality, distributing education fairly, and extending access via relevance. Second, by putting the study's theory to the test, students' perceptions of the teaching profession are improved. The learning model used can be improved through development in accordance with the desired achievement. because, it cannot be said with certainty that the use of a forced model will be able to make students interested in activities even though it does not rule out the possibility of learning interactions not going well. Based on the description of the data analysis table and the results of the standard deviation, it can be seen that the implementation of the problem based learning model in the specialization class of SMA Negeri 3 Jambi City is quite good. This is because, students already have sufficient knowledge related to the subject in question, although they are still constrained by the limited understanding of the theoretical language used from the subject matter received. In addition, students also tend to use the same case study to provide an example or an illustration related to the question asked. It can be concluded that the efficiency and effectiveness of developing learning models in accordance with learning conditions is able to direct students to the right flow of learning activities, although it is possible that learning success will be more optimal if learning time is not limited to school hours. With case study-based learning and the use of problemsolving-based models, it is expected to stimulate students' understanding of something new that can be found in their daily learning activities in class. The learning model used can be improved through development in accordance with the desired achievement. because, it cannot be said with certainty that the use of a forced model will be able to make students interested in activities even though it does not rule out the possibility of learning interactions not going well.
