Resumen: En el presente artículo se realiza un análisis del Derecho Alimentario desde una perspectiva de género. Así, la autora desarrolla el marco normativo y jurisprudencial sobre el tema en el Perú. Asimismo, revisa datos cuantitativos y cualitativos sobre la resolución de conflictos en este tema, lo cual permite vislumbrar la interacción entre los componentes normativos, estructural y político-cultural del fenómeno jurídico Finalmente, la autora desarrolla un análisis sobre la aplicación de una perspectiva de género en la regulación y práctica de los alimentos.
El trabajo analiza la conceptualización del acceso a la justicia como un derecho, las implicancias de aplicar un enfoque de género para su comprensión, los estándares internacionales al respecto y el rol de la justicia constitucional para asegurar su vigencia a nivel interno. Para ello, se analizan recientes sentencias constitucionales peruanas y colombianas en casos de violencia contra las mujeres con el propósito de establecer si los procesos constitucionales, en ambos países, son una vía para el control a
nivel interno de los estándares internacionales de buena calidad en el derecho al acceso a la justicia en casos de violencia contra las mujeres.

Luego de varios casos mediáticos que evidenciaron las dificultades que se desprendían de la regulación original del Código Civil, se hicieron significativos cambios. En 2017, a casi 5 años de la última modificación, se emprendieron las últimas reformas. AbstractThe regulation of extramarital parenthood is one of the most important issues of Peruvian family law. After several media cases that evidenced the difficulties that stemmed from the original regulation of the Civil Code, significant changes were made. In 2017, almost 5 years after the last modification, the last reforms were undertaken. The work reviews the evolution of the regulation of the judicial declaration of paternity and review of the challenges.
