Esta comunicación implementa los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible -ODS-de la Agenda 2030 de las Naciones Unidas en el paisaje cultural que forman los secaderos de tabaco, como restos arqueológicos de la industria tabaquera en el norte de la provincia de Cáceres. A través de estos Objetivos, se propone un modelo integrado que enfrenta lo intangible y lo tangible para definir unos indicadores y así, estudiar la compatibilidad de los ODS a nivel local. La metodología llevada a cabo consiste en aplicar la localización de los mismos mediante un ejercicio de mapeo que ajusta los indicadores a la escala de evaluación. Como resultado, hemos obtenido una serie de indicadores locales para el paisaje cultural en torno a la industria del tabaco.Palabras clave: Indicadores ODS, paisaje cultural, escala local, arqueología industrial. Resumen-Este artículo presenta una metodología para mejorar la calidad del aire y el confort higrotérmico en edificios públicos mediante el uso de un sistema de monitoreo de código abierto, escalable y de bajo costo y mediante la participación de los usuarios. Esta metodología ha sido probada en cuatro edificios públicos de similares características arquitectónicas y uso, construidos con construcción tradicional, actualmente utilizados como Ayuntamientos, y ubicados en la misma zona climática de la provincia de Cáceres (Extremadura, España). Durante los 12 meses del proyecto, se han instalado sensores en áreas seleccionadas de los cuatro edificios para medir el consumo eléctrico, la temperatura, la humedad y la concentración de CO2. Los datos recopilados por los dispositivos se enviaron a un servidor alojado de forma remota para su almacenamiento seguro. Las series temporales se analizaron y compararon con las facturas de consumo de energía de los tres años anteriores. Además, se incorporó un estudio de los sistemas de climatización, así como el funcionamiento y ocupación de los edificios por parte de los usuarios. Este análisis generó sugerencias para mejorar el confort y la calidad del aire, además de permitir a los usuarios monitorear los datos en tiempo real. Teniendo en cuenta los objetivos marcados, los resultados muestran que es posible cambiar los hábitos de los usuarios, mejorar las condiciones de confort y calidad del aire, y reducir el uso de los recursos públicos aplicando esta metodología y con una inversión muy baja.
