Straipsnyje retrospektyviai išanalizuotos tyrimo indikacijos ir išvados. Apžvelgti literatūros duomenys apie pasaulinę praktiką šioje srityje. Šiuo straipsniu norime supažindinti su Lietuvoje sėkmingai atliktu vienu iš pirmųjų magnetinio rezonanso tomografijos tyrimų pacientams su implantuotais elektrokardiostimuliatoriais. ĮvadasPasaulyje kasmet daugėja ne tik magnetinio rezonanso tomografijos (MRT) tyrimų, bet ir žmonių, kuriems yra implantuojami širdies stimuliatoriai ir defibriliatoriai Darbo tikslai: supažindinti su Vilniaus universiteto ligoninės Santariškių klinikų (VUL SK) Radiologijos ir branduolinės medicinos centro praktika, pristatant vieną iš pirmųjų Lietuvoje atliktų MRT tyrimų pacientams su implantuotais EKS, atvejį. Apžvelgti literatūros duomenis apie pasaulinius pasiekimus šioje srityje, senųjų EKS kontraindikacijas MRT tyrimui bei naujųjų su MRT suderinamų EKS ypatybes. Tyrimo medžiaga ir metodaiAtlikta literatūros apie MRT tyrimus pacientams su implantuotais EKS apžvalga. Atliekant paiešką Jungtinių Amerikos Valstijų Nacionalinio Biotechnologijų Informacijos Centro duomenų bazėje (angl. pubmed) su raktažo-džiais: MRT tyrimas, elektrokardiostimuliatorius, kontraindikacijos, 1,5 T.Literatūros apžvalgai naudota 11 šaltinių, ne senesnių nei 5 metai. VUL SK nuo 2014 metų balandžio buvo atliekami pirmieji MRT tyrimai pacientams su implantuotais elektrokardiostimuliatoriais. Retrospektyviai detaliau iš-analizuotas vienas klinikinis atvejis, aptartos radiologinių tyrimų indikacijos ir išvados. Įvertinta gautų duomenų nauda tolimesniam paciento gydymo planui.Klinikinis atvejis Pacientas vyriškos lyties. 58 metų amžiaus, serga hipertrofine kardiomiopatija, permanentiniu prieširdžių virpėji-mu -prieširdžių plazdėjimu. 2015 metų sausio mėnesį pacientas kreipėsi į VUL SK dėl stipraus dusulio, sumažėju-sios fizinio krūvio tolerancijos. Occupational diseases are health problems of employees, caused by harmful and hazardous agents present in the occupational activity or work environment. Occupational skin diseases – relevant, but not often discussed topic. They are the most commonly diagnosed diseases in Western countries while in Lithuania it is only the sixtieth part of all occupational diseases. Occupational skin diseases have poor prognosis and long-term consequences, causing disability, unemployment and necessity to change the profession. Early prevention and diagnosis can prevent negative effects of the life quality. Occupational rehabilitation program, organized by the Ministry of social security and labour, helps to adapt people who are disabled due to occupational diseases. The purpose of this article is to introduce the importance of occupational skin diseases in Lithuania and abroad, also to discuss the possible causes of these diseases, prevention, diagnosis and options of occupational rehabilitation.
