This research was motivated by the badminton achievements of the students of PGRI University Surabaya. This achievement actually shows the shortcomings or weaknesses of the women's singles athletes at PGRI University Surabaya. Both in defending the attack or the attack ability that is not optimal, it results in ball errors such as unforce errors and diving errors. So that it produces a number for the opponent. The purpose of this research is to provide answers and scientific evidence about unforce error and dives error in the women's singles match for the students of Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, with the subject of 6 female students at the University of PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. This study analyzes unforce errors and dives errors in badminton. The results of the analysis of this study are: (1) Unforce error and dive error each have an effect of 28% for unforce error and 72% for dive error
Kata kunci: Ladder Drill 90 Degree Rotation, Ali Shuffle, daya ledak otot tungkai, Kecepatan ABSTRACK Physical condition is a very important component in sports activities while they are achievement or learning. Explosive power leg muscle and speed of motion is the dominant component in sporting activities such as basketball, soccer, volleyball, martial art. The purpose of this study was to determinate This research is a "Quantitative" research method with quasi-experimental techniques, research conducted rigorously to determine the causes and effects between variables. Data analysis techniques in this study were to test the double normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis can be seen that the mean value of the ladder drill 90 degree rotation for increased explosive power has increased from the pretest (452.507) and posttest (482.220) while the speed of the pretest (4.4) and posttest (4.394). The ladder drill ali shuffle group found that the mean value of leg muscle explosive power had increased from pretest (461,269) and posttest (576,757), while the speed of the pretest (4,364) and posttest (4,360). For the control group, the mean value for leg muscle explosive power from pretest (450,738) and posttest (456,009). Menurut Haryono didalam (Komang Ayu Tri Widhiyanti, 2017) A...
Thissresearch wassmotivateddby theeweakness of shooting accuracy in soccerrgames at SSB Gelora Putra delta Sidoarjo, therefore circuit training was carried out so that shooting accuracy in soccer games at SSB Gelora Putra delta Sidoarjo increased. Theepurpose offthis studywwas to determineethe effectoof circuit traininggon increasing shooting accuracy inssoccer gamesaat SSB Gelora Putra Delta Sidoarjo. The designnused innthis studywwas a pretestaand posttestggroup experiment. There is no control variable in this study, so there is no control class. The subjects in this study were SSB Gelora Putra Delta Sidoarjo players, totaling 15 players. Theedata collectionnmethod useddin thissstudy is the testmmethod in measurement. Statistical analysissmethods usedaare normalityntest, homogeneityntest, annt test using SPSS 22. Basednon the resultsnof the calculationnor analysis of theppaired samplesstest data, theet count valueeis 11.225. while theetttable withha significanttlevel of 5% is 1.761 or (t count > tttable) which is 11.225 > 1.761. Thus the working hypothesis (H1) which states thattthere issan increaseein circuit traininggon theeshooting accuracyyof SSB Gelora Putra Delta Sidoarjo players, is accepted. The percentage increasenbefore beingngiven treatmentn (pretest) andnafter being givenntreatment (posttest) obtainedna value of 71.32%.
Biomotor fitness and ability are aspects that must be considered. This is because if you have good fitness, your body will not experience significant fatigue. Good biomotor abilities will also make body performance easier. In addition to educating Indonesian children, education has a function to improve students' biomotor abilities and fitness. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training. To analyze the effect of increasing speed as a result of training and learning using the ladder drill circuit media and to analyze the effect of increased agility as a result of training and learning using the ladder drill circuit media. Based on the results of research and analysis that has been carried out, the game method or ladder drill training can improve speed and agility abilities
One of the factors that support the achievements of volley ball game is having the proper body height and high leap, as for jump exercises for various techniques of offensing and deffensing are essentially needed in volley ball games. The purpose of this study is to figure out the result and information of: whether there is any differences within the effect of barrier hops and kangaroo jump workouts towards the increasing jump height. The subjects of this study are the female volley ball atheletes of SMPN 2 Krembung as many as 12 people. The method used in this analysis is quantitative descriptive statistics, while the data collection is done by having treatments for 8 weeks, and doing pretest to find out the initial jump height and posttest to figure out the jump height after the treatments are given. From the result of this study, it is concluded that: (1) Based on the research result, there is an increase of pretest to posttest scores of barrier hops showing that the posttest score 48.67 is higher than the pretest score 45.53 with the increase precentage of 7.3%; (2) Based on the research result, there is an increase of pretest to posttest scores of kangaroo jump showing that the posttest score 46.17 is higher than the pretest score 41 with the increase percentage of 12.6%; (3) Based on the statistical calculation which is done between the results of barrier hops scores and of kangaroo jump scores, there are significant increases. From the results of the research, it is concluded that both workouts overall have significant increasing results towards jump height.
