ResumoAnalisa as redes de coautoria sobre fluxos de informação em artigos de periódicos indexados pela Base de Dados Referencial de Artigos de Periódicos em Ciência da Informação (Brapci), no período de 2000 a 2019. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como descritiva e quantitativa, com aplicação da análise de redes sociais. A representação visual dos resultados foi realizada com o uso das ferramentas Ucinet e NetDraw, pautando-se em dados bibliográficos organizados no Microsoft Excel. Identifica que a rede sobre fluxos de informação na Brapci é formada por 86 atores pertencentes a 23 instituições, com 46 artigos indexados em 19 periódicos. Perspectivas em Gestão & Conhecimento da UFPB foi o periódico com maior destaque. Nota-se o crescimento do número de artigos sobre o tema a partir de 2012. Ressalta os atores RADOS, G. J. V. e VALENTIM, M. L. P., como fundamentais na rede e com o maior número de publicações. Revela que a Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC) destaca-se entre as instituições com maior número de artigos indexados na Brapci sobre o tema, seguida da Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP). Dentre os 37 temas associados a fluxos de informação, sobressaíram-se: processos de tomada de decisão e gestão documental. Por fim, constata-se a existência de um corpus significativo de estudos sobre fluxos de informação, constituído por um conjunto de pesquisas que visam potencializar o uso e a circulação da informação em diversos contextos.Palavras-chave: Fluxos de informação. Como forma de fortalecer a transparência pública e incentivar a participação dos cidadãos na fiscalização dos serviços e ações estatais, o Brasil aprovou leis e decretos para incentivar a cultura da transparência. Uma dessas iniciativas é o Decreto Federal nº 8.777/2016, que institui a política de dados abertos no Poder Executivo Federal. Para que os conjuntos de dados disponíveis em portais dos órgãos federais sejam encontrados e utilizados para os mais diversos fins, é necessário que estes sejam descritos por metadados. Os metadados contidos em portais do Governo Federal devem seguir o padrão de metadados do governo eletrônico. Sendo assim, o objetivo geral deste artigo é analisar os conjuntos de dados abertos da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) a partir do padrão de metadados do governo eletrônico. Dentre as instituições em nível universitário pesquisadas, a UFRN apresentou um número expressivo e atualizado de conjuntos de dados. Apresenta metodologia de uma pesquisa descritiva-documental, quali-quantitativa, em que os dados coletados foram analisados a partir da técnica de análise de conteúdo. Da amostra coletada dos conjuntos de dados, em grande parte os itens obrigatórios estavam presentes, como também se fez uso de elementos opcionais no intuito de enriquecer a descrição do conjunto de dados. No entanto, apesar das descrições serem concisas e atualizadas, alguns itens necessitam de mais precisão no que se refere à proveniência e publicador específico.
Reconhecendo a importância de a informação ser um elemento basilar para o poder judiciário, analisa a gestão da informação no Sistema de Processo Judicial Eletrônico (PJe) do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho (TRT) da 13ª Região. Caracteriza-se como pesquisa exploratória-descritiva, do tipo documental e de campo, com abordagem qualiquantitativa. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevista semiestruturada e observação sistemática, analisadas a luz da técnica de análise do discurso do sujeito coletivo. Os resultados refletem que o sistema gera agilidade, acessibilidade e melhora no fluxo processual. No entanto, apesar de o sistema gerenciar processos judiciais, considerado documentos arquivísticos, apresenta ausência dos princípios e critérios arquivísticos que podem prejudicar a gestão e o fluxo da informação do sistema. Conclui-se que, embora o sistema PJe traga vantagens, a ausência do cumprimento de requisitos da gestão de informação e da gestão de documentos poderá, futuramente, ocasionar problemas no acesso, uso e preservação das informações.
