This research aims to design and test the feasibility of PARAS media (Simple Autogenic Relaxation Guide) to be used as a therapy to overcome burnout study. This research uses research and development approach (Research and Development) which is held at FKIP University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. The object of this research is the development of PARAS media to overcome the burnout study. Data collection using measurement scale of prosperity and professional judgment then analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis technique. Media PARAS was developed with PARAS guidebook and audio which was played in the form of recording (MP4) relaxation guide. The results of the study are PARAS guidebook and audio that is packaged in the form of guidebook and CD (Compact Disk) recording relaxation guide. Based on the result of material feasibility test and PARAS media which tested to expert, its showed data average of material feasibility test equal to 78,2%. and average media feasibility test of 91,1%. While the test of instrument feasibility tested to the students shows the result 91,1%. Based on the feasibility test results, it can be concluded that PARAS media developed according to material experts, learning media experts, and students are very feasible, and can be used to support as a relaxation therapy overcome the study burnout.
The non-test psychological assessment techniques is a course that is non-test psychological measurement, so that in the learning process the lecturer prioritizes practice and simulation methods. For further streamline the lecture process, a learning innovation will be developed, namely by developing manual sociometry instruments to be assisted by sociometry software applications. The purpose of this research is development research with stages of preimplementation, non-test implementation, analysis, and evaluation of non-test software applications. The instrument used has validity. In addition, the use of sociometry software in lectures on psychological testing of non-test techniques can develop student learning independence. The results showed that students' social maturity in interactions in the social, personal, learning, and career fields was still in the low category. This can be seen from the results of the analysis of filling the instruments given by sem students. VI, there are still many students in isolated choices. AbstrakAsesmen psikologi teknik non tes merupakan mata kuliah yang bersifat pengukuran psikologi non tes, sehingga dalam proses pembelajarannya dosen lebih mengedepankan metode praktek dan simulasi. Untuk lebih mengefektifkan proses perkuliahan maka akan disusun suatu inovasi pembelajaran yaitu dengan mengembangkan instrumen manual sosiometri menjadi berbantuan aplikasi software sosiometri. Tujuan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan tahapan pra pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan non tes, analisis, dan evaluasi aplikasi software non tes. Instrumen yang digunakan telah tervaliditas.. Selain itu, penggunaan software sosiometri ini dalam perkuliahan asesmen psikologi teknik non tes dapat mengembangkan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kematangan sosial mahasiswa dalam interaksi di bidang sosial, pribadi, belajar, dan karir masih di kategori rendah. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil analisis pengisian instrumen yang diberikan mahasiswa sem. VI terlihat masih banyak mahasiswa berada pada pilihan terisolasi.
Difficulties in learning (learning disability) causes a person can not learn the provision properly. The situation is maintained with the obstacles to the achievement of success. The purpose of this research is to develop contemporary counseling techniques of audio visual humor stimulation as an effort to overcome burnout study. The research method used is pilot test group post test post test control.. Measuring tool is student of FKIP Untirta number 139 is taken by purposive sample, with age 18-21 years and limitation of intelligence above average low-average. From 139 trayout groups, 13 experimental groups and 15 controls were obtained. In the experimental group the results of t test pretest and post test t arithmetic 19.324 and signs (2-tailed <0.05) 0.000 keyword difference of MBI pre test and post test. While in the control group, the result of pre test and post test t test 1,840 and sign (2-tailed> 0,05) 0,087 no difference in MBI pre test and post test.
