Aerotropolis is a city airport development concept, or commonly called "Airport City." The concept of aerotropolis is a new concept in the world transport industry where the Airport has shifted from transportation center to a multifunctional aero metropolis. The development of an international airport can be a trigger for business development as well as the surrounding urban areas. The airport city serves not only as a performance index of a State in development but also plays a role as a driver of national industry and the gateway to economic globalization. Through library reviews, secondary data analysis and interviews with focus groups and experts, this paper explores the development features, operating strategies and competitive advantages of the Aerogity Business concept at Kertajati International Airport. This research proposes the formulation of strategy based on resource-based approach and also using approach of strategy formulation of Wheelen and Hunger model in which there is analysis of external factor evaluation, internal factor evaluation, then determining strategic direction by using threats, opportunities, weakness, strength matrix. Case study at Kertajati International Airport which carries aerotropolis concept in accordance with master plan of Airport development. The proposed strategic plan is expected to provide a systematic referral of operations for PT. BIJB as the International Airport Company Kertajati as well as Aerocity Business Company, but it is also expected to inspire for new research in the framework of study for the development of Airport City in Indonesia.
Digital finance plays a major role in achieving financial inclusion targets which have a positive impact on economic growth and people's welfare. One of the main elements of digital finance is digital payments, which are increasingly playing a role with the presence of e-commerce and financial technology (fintech). Apart from these positive impacts, digital finance is also feared to have a negative impact on financial system stability, especially in relation to systematic risk. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of risk factors in digital financial relations and financial stability. The research method used is the Multiple Linear Regression Model and Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA), using 120 samples of panel data for 10 years (2010 to 2019). The results show that market risk can moderate the influence of digital finance on financial stability, so that increased systematic risk will reduce the positive impact of digital finance on financial stability.
BOPO and CASA) and external factors of the company (inflation, economic growth and BI reference interest rates), both partially and jointly on the performance of State-Owned Banks measured with a Return on Assets ratio (ROA) and its implications on the Stock Price Index. The object of research is State-Owned Banks in the period of 2012-2017. The sampling technique is saturated sampling, that is, all members of the population are used as samples. The analysis technique used is Panel Data Regression. The results of this study indicate that CAR, NPL, NIM, BOPO, CASA, Inflation, Economic Growth and BI reference interest rate together have a significant effect on ROA. NIM, CASA and BI Reference Interest Rate partially had a positive and significant effect on ROA. BOPO, Inflation and Economic Growth partially have negative and significant effect on ROA. While CAR has a negative effect and NPL has a positive effect, but not significant on ROA. ROA has a negative and significant effect on Stock Price Index of State-Owned Banks. Contribution/Originality: This study contributes to the existing literature, useful for science in banking about the relationship between the company's internal and external factors on bank profitability and its implications for the Stock Price Index. In addition, adding literature in the financial sector is used as a guideline for subsequent research that will examine banking.

Denso Indonesia Plan 2 Cibitung Bekasi Jawa Bara. This research uses the type of research kquantitative research. This research was conducted at PT. Denso Indonesia Plan 2 Cibitung Bekasi West Java, with a population of 192 employees. In this study a sample of 130 people with a tolerance limit of 5%. The sampling technique used in this study is the Purpose Sampling technique to determine the research sample with certain considerations aimed at making the data obtained later more representative. As for the sample is a production employee who has worked for more than 3 years and worked as a machine operator. Test the validity and reliability of the data using the product moment correlation formula from Pearson and Cronbach's Alpha. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are multiple linear regression analysis and Path analysis.
