The purpose of this research was to create a learning product in the form of digital Wrestling Leverage Techniques to improve the quality of learning outcomes characterized by an increase in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities in the process of learning basic wrestling techniques by using a digital wrestling leverage approach. The method used in this study included two main parts, namely the analysis method, carried out through four stages: a survey of the current system, analysis of the survey findings, identification of information needs, and identification of system requirements. Data collection instruments used were divided into two activities, namely during the digitization process and the application of digitalized product results in the learning process. During the digitization process the AVS Video Editor application with an intuitive interface was used, while for measuring and knowing the results of applying digitalization activities in learning, a questionnaire for wrestling subjects was used. The document is documentation and observation. The subjects of this research were wrestling athletes who became the overall champion in the 2018 student national championship. The results of this study show that students can more easily understand and apply it properly after seeing the video that aired using the AVS Video Editor application.
Sepak bola merupakan olahraga yang membutuhkan power otot tungkai yang baik, oleh karena itu perlu diberikan latihan untuk meningkatkan power otot tungkai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan pengaruh dari latihan squat jump plyometric jump to box terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek yang diambil adalah siswa Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) KU-16 tahun berjumlah 16 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes vertical jump. Berdasarkan hasil tes vertical jump, kelompok latihan squat jump dan plyometric jump to box memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Namun perbandingan dari kedua latihan tersebut tidak signifikan. Kesimpulannya bahwa latihan squat jump dan plyometric jump to box dapat meningkatkan power otot tungkai.
This study aimed to identify the contribution of athletes' physical and mental abilities to their performance when they are competing. The method used in this study was descriptive analysis. The sample was selected through a purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of wrestling athletes registered as Bandung and Bogor's athletes in Indonesia. As many as 36 athletes were chosen to be the sample of this study. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that the physical ability variable was not normally distributed so that the statistical analysis used was non-parametric calculated with the help of SPSS 21 for Windows. It is concluded that both physical and mental abilities have positive contribution to the athletes' performance when they are in a match.
This research based-community service is carried out based on the fact that sports achievement development in Ciamis regency is still relatively low and only certain sports could achieve medals at the 2014 West Java Regional Sports Games (PORDA), in Bekasi. This study was conducted as an education and training program in the form of Life Kinetik implementation training methods for sports coaches. So that they will understand this training method and able to implement it during their coaching session. Sports achievement on that regency has dramatically decreased in recent years. Whereas, on previous PORDA, Ciamis regency was one of the barometer cities in West Java for sports achievement. This is because that regency had many representatives to compete on National Sports Games (PON). The observational trial method used in this study. 28 sports coaches that members of the National Sports Committee in the Ciamis Regency were involved. Based on the findings, we can conclude that Life Kinetik training program gives significant psychological effects for athletes to be applied in training sessions.
