Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar, pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar, dan pengaruh fasilitas belajar dan lingkungan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 81 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sampling jenuh yaitu teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, survei dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Data yang telah didistribusikan kemudian diproses menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas pembelajaran parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, t hitung> ttabel (2,390> 1,991), lingkungan belajar parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, t hitung> ttabel (4,229> 1,991). , dan hasil penelitian dan lingkungan belajar secara bersamaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, Fhitung> Ftabel (25,872> 2,720).
The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of intellectual ability on teacher performance, how the influence of work motivation on teacher performance, how the influence of intellectual ability and work motivation on teacher performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of intellectual ability on teacher performance, to determine the effect of work motivation on teacher performance, to determine the effect of intellectual ability and work motivation on teacher performance. With multiple linear regression analysis techniques obtained the following research results. Intellectual ability and motivation variables simultaneously have positive and significant effect on teacher performance with Fcount> Ftable (17.906> 3,350). Partial intellectual ability variable has positive and significant effect on teacher performance, with tcount> ttable (2,339> 2,042). Partial motivation variable has positive and significant effect on teacher performance with tcount> ttable (5,552> 2,042). The value of R Square in the above table is 0,570, it shows that 57 % variable of teacher performance can be explained by intellectual ability and motivation variable, while the rest of 43% is explained by other un-researched variables such as teacher discipline level, teacher competency, PBM and so forth.
Lecturers are one of the essential components in a system of organizing education in higher education. The main task of lecturers is as educators, lecturers carry out their duties and responsibilities to educate students to become individuals who have good abilities and potential. Given the importance of the role of lecturers, their existence in educational institutions must be able to motivate themselves and develop themselves, useful for maximizing work. In order to know the performance of the lecturers, it is necessary to evaluate the best lecturers at STIKOM Tunas Bangsa. Decision Support System (SPK) is a system that can be used by decision makers to decide on things from data and structured models. MOORA Method (Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis) is a multi-objective system that optimizes two or more conflicting attributes simultaneously. By applying the MOORA method, the method can determine the best lecturer effectively and efficiently in STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar.

Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 81 orang, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Persepsi mahasiswa mengenai kompetensi dosensecara partial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, thitung > ttabel (3,353 > 1,991). Lingkungan belajarsecara partial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, thitung > ttabel (4,229 > 1,991). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa mengenai kompetensi dosen dan lingkungan belajar secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu (25,872 > 2,720)
The hard disk device used on the personal computer (pc) client at the game center, however, must have decreased durability because it is used continuously as in the BAHONET2 Siantar game center. This problem can be overcome with various solutions, but the authors prefer the diskless network method using the Cyberindo program as a solution to the problem. The author begins to design the diskless network in question, which is a windows-based application that is used to run, configure, and perform diskless processes through the server. Before the design is done, the authors identify problems that arise in the system that was previously used. This is done in order to avoid various errors on the old system in system implementation so that the results obtained are more optimal. After being implemented, the authors conclude that the diskless system using the Cyberindo program can reduce the use of local hard disks and also faster client performance, the client can be operated properly like using a local hard disk. Also there is no need to update the game manually on each client, we only need to update the game on the server so that all clients can automatically play the updated game.
