Pendampingan legalitas tentang Pendaftaran Izin Usaha Mikro Kecil di kecamatan suruh melalui Sistem Online Single Submission (OSS) berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 2018 ini, berangkat dari kurangnya sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada pelaku UMKM PKH (Program Keluarga Harapan) Graduasi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk pendampingan legalitas mikro kecil dan menengah kepada sejumlah 20 Penerima manfaat dari Program Keluarga Harapan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran hukum pelaku UMKM untuk mengurus legalitas usahanya. Metode peningkatan kesadaran hukum dengan memberikan pendampingan. Adapun materi sosialisai meliputi UU No. 20 Tahun 2008 tentang UMKM dan Perpres No 98 Tahun 2014,Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 2018 tentang Pelayanan Perizinan Berusaha Terintegrasi Secara Elektronik/Online Single Submission (OSS). Pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah sebagai salah satu pelaku pembangunan ekonomi di daerah perlu diberdayakan melalui pengembangan sumber daya manusia, dukungan permodalan, produksi dan produktifitas, perlindungan usaha, pengembangan kemitraan, jaringan usaha dan pemasaran serta legalitas usahanya melalui Online Single Submission (OSS). Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran hukum UMKM untuk mengurus legalitas usahanya. Kata kunci : Pendampingan, Legalitas, NIB (Nomor izin Berusaha), PKH Graduasi
This study was conducted to determine the interest in entrepreneurship and business productivity of Semarang State Polytechnic students during the covid-19 pandemic. Respondents in this study were Semarang State Polytechnic students who had a business in the middle of their learning on campus totaling 100 students. This study uses confirmatory factor analysis and maximum likelihood estimation techniques on SEM (Structural Equations Modeling) from the AMOS 24.0 statistical package (Analysis of Moment Structure). The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a differential semantic scale. The parameter estimation results are in accordance with the hypothesis that entrepreneurial understanding significantly affects entrepreneurial interest with an estimated standardized coefficient value of 0.534 and P-Value ***, as well as entrepreneurship training has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest with an estimated standardized coefficient value of 0.503 and P-Value *** and interest in entrepreneurship significantly affects business productivity with an estimated standardized coefficient of 0.361 and P-Value ***. From this research, it can be concluded that in the midst of the current covid-19 pandemic, students who are engaged in the world of entrepreneurship need to increase their training and understanding related to entrepreneurship, especially with the current digitalization era which is growing rapidly, there needs to be innovations that can make them survive in a better direction according to the times.
Usaha Pangkas Rambut Madura telah menjadi ikonik “Migrant Family Entrepreneurship” di Indonesia. Kehadiran mereka telah menjadi kekuatan ekonomi kerakyatan yang tangguh dan mandiri. Pandemi COVID-19 telah mempengaruhi pendapatan sector jasa termasuk usaha Pangkas Rambut Madura yakni 90,90%. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi atas dampak pandemic dengan pelatihan manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (k3) dan penerapannya sebagai “Value Co-Creation”. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melibatkan tiga mitra Usaha Pangkas Rambut Madura di Kota Semarang. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian adalah pelatihan dan pemberian alat Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) serta IPTEK. Instrumen evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian dengan penyusunan kuesioner yang mengukur kinerja pelaksanaan program pelatihan, sedangkan instrument kinerja pemasaran dipergunakan untuk mengukur dampak positip bagi tiga mitra pengabdian. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan pertama, perilaku mitra pengabdian semakin patuh melaksanakan protocol Kesehatan. Kedua, mitra pengabdian mampu praktik manajemen K3. Ketiga, Mereka memasukan konsep penciptaan Value Co-Creation dalam praktik bisnis mereka. Keempat, mereka mampu meningkatkan kinerja usaha dengan praktik manajemen K3 dan konsep penciptaan Value Co-Creation. K3 Management Training and Its Application as "Value Co-Creation" During the Covid-19 Pandemic (Case Study on Madura Barbershop in Semarang City) The Madura Barbershop has become an iconic “Migrant Family Entrepreneurship” in Indonesia. Their presence has become a strong and independent people's economic force. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the revenue of the service sector, including the Madura Barbershop business, which is 90.90%. This service activity aims to provide solutions to the impact of the pandemic with occupational Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management training and its application as "Value Co-Creation". This service activity involves three partners of the Madura Barber Shop in Semarang City. The method used in service activities is training and providing management tools for Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and science and technology. The instrument for evaluating service activities is by compiling a questionnaire that measures the performance of the implementation of the training program, while the marketing performance instrument is used to measure the positive impact for the three service partners. The results of service activities show that first, the behavior of service partners is increasingly obedient in implementing the Health protocol. Second, service partners are able to practice HSE management. Third, they incorporate the concept of Value Co-Creation in their business practices. Fourth, they are able to improve business performance with HSE management practices and the concept of Value Co-Creation.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui loyalitas konsumen atau costumer loyalty pegunjung gerai Mie Gacoan melalui customer experience dan perceived quality di masa pandemi covid-19. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengunjung gerai Mie Gacoan dari pelajar maupun pekerja di kota semarang dengan sampel 100 responden dari keseluruhan populasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis faktor konfirmatori dan maximum likehood estimation pada SEM (Structural Equations Modeling) dari paket statistik AMOS 24.0 (Analysis of Moment Structure). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan insidential sampling. Hasil estimasi parameter sesuai dengan hipotesis bahwa customer experience secara signifikan mempengaruhi costumer loyalty dengan nilai critical ratio (c.r) 4,666 dan P-Value ***, perceived quality berpengaruh positif terhadap costumer loyalty dengan nilai critical ratio (c.r) 5,926 dan P-Value ***. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ditengah pandemi covid-19 saat ini para konsumen masih sangat antusias dan setia untuk datang membeli Mie Gacoan maupun pesan secara online walaupun banyak pesaing dalam bisnis kuliner sejenis.
This study was conducted to identify entrepreneurial desire and entrepreneurial productivity among Semarang State Polytechnic students after post-covid-19. Respondents in this study were 100 Semarang State Polytechnic students who own businesses. This study used confirmatory factor analysis and maximum likelihood estimation in SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) from the AMOS 24.0 statistical software package (Structural Moment Analysis). The data collection technique used questionnaires with different semantic scales. The results of parameter estimation are in accordance with the hypothesis that entrepreneurial knowledge has a significant effect on business preference with a normalised coefficient estimate of 0.586 and a P-Value of ***, and entrepreneurial training has a positive effect on business preference with a normalised coefficient estimate of 0.470 and a P-Value of *** and entrepreneurial interest has a significant effect on business productivity with a normalised coefficient estimate of 1.007 and a P-Value of ***. From this study, it can be concluded that in the current post- covid-19 context, students who are engaged in the startup world need to increase their education and understanding of entrepreneurship, especially in this time of great need. There must be innovation so that they can survive and develop in a better direction along with the times.
