Ethical companies must balance their financial, social and environmental performance. The process of applying HR management objectives to environmental management is called Green Human Resource Management (GHRM). Research on GHRM and environmental performance in Indonesia is still limited in number, especially in South Sumatra. Based on the Environmental Quality Index reported by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia, in 2016 South Sumatra was 16th national ranked, but slipped to 20th national ranked in 2017. This phenomenon is the basis of why this research carried out in South Sumatra, especially in Palembang as the capital of South Sumatra. This study aims to analyze the effect of GHRM, which consists of Green Recruitment and Selection (GRS), Green Training (GTR), and Green Compensation (GCO), directly on environmental performance (EP) and indirectly through green organizational culture (GOC) at state hospitals of Palembang. The population in this study were 2,270 employees at state hospitals in Palembang. By using the Slovin formula and proportional stratified random sampling method, a total sample of 146 people was obtained. The results showed that there were positive effects of all GHRM variables consisting of GRS, GTR, and GCO on GOC and EP. The results of this study also show that there is an indirect influence between GRS and GCO on EP through GOC, while GTR does not have an indirect influence on EP through GOC as an intervening variable. Other results show that there are positive GOC influences on the EP.
This study aimed to find out the influence of employee engagement on theemployee performance. The independent variable was Employee Engagement (X) andthe dependent variable was Performance (Y). The data collection technique used asaturated sampling or census. The questionnaire was distributed to all employees ofPT.BadjaBaru Palembang. The data were analyzed using Simple Regression Analysis.The result of the study shows that the employee engagement has a positive andsignificant influence on the employee performance.Keywords: Employee Engagement, Performance

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of supervision and motivation on employee performance with employee commitment as an intervening variable. Respondents in this study were taken using the census method. The total population was 97 people obtained from filling out questionnaires distributed to 97 respondents. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of this study showed that supervision did not affect employee commitment, motivation affected employee commitment, supervision affected employee performance, motivation affected employee performance, employee commitment affected employee performance, supervision affected employee performance through employee commitment as a variable intervening, and motivation affected employee performance through employee commitment as an intervening variable.The results of this study indicated that supervision and motivation had influence on employee performance with employee commitment as an intervening variable. It is suggueted to the management to provide input and improvement to employees in doing work to increase employee motivation, with increased motivation can increase employee commitment and carry out work responsibly towards Muaradua General Hospital, South Ogan Komering Ulu Regency.
