The current research aims at identifying the analytic domain of multiple -intelligence and English objective test. The research is trying to answer that if there is a correlation between the analytic domain of multiple- intelligence and the English objective tests. Thus, the research has adopted a close questionnaire for diagnosing analytic domain (logical, rhythmic, and naturalistic) of multiple- intelligence of Iraqi students at Baghdad University, and an objective English test to achieve the aim of the research. Nine colleges at Baghdad University are randomly chosen to represent the sample of the research which is 511 students. The results of the research have shown that there are weak significant correlation between the analytic domain of multiple intelligent and the objective English test. Thus, from the results of the research Baghdad University could modify the objective tests with alternative ones that based on students’ ability and intelligence not guessing tests. Continuous long-term assessment, untimed, free- response format, individualized test and creative answers based on multiple- intelligence are recommended.

Известные эффективные кодеры сжатия раздельно кодируют битовые плоскости изображения или коэффициентов преобразования, что приводит к росту вычислительной сложности из-за многократной обработки каждого пикселя. В работе предложены правила комбинированного кодирования и комбинированные кодеры битовых плоскостей разностей пикселей изображений с перестраиваемой и постоянной структурой, имеющие по сравнению с арифметическим кодером битовых плоскостей меньшую вычислительную сложность и такой же коэффициент сжатия.Ключевые слова: комбинированное кодирование, сжатие изображений, битовые плоскости, арифметическое кодирование, кодирование длин серий, вычислительная сложность, кодеки сжатия.The aim of this work is to reduce the computational complexity of lossless compression in the spatial domain due to the combined coding (arithmetic and Run-Length Encoding) of a series of bits of bit planes. Known effective compression encoders separately encode the bit planes of the image or transform coefficients, which leads to an increase in computational complexity due to multiple processing of each pixel. The paper proposes the rules for combined coding and combined encoders for bit planes of pixel differences of images with a tunable and constant structure, which have lower computational complexity and the same compression ratio as compared to an arithmetic encoder of bit planes.
The research aims to investigate experimentally total physical response in teaching EFL on a sample of slow learners. The sample of the research is 3 Down syndrome children from 3-5 years. Total physical response asa method is not new but the new is teaching Down syndrome learners English foreign language in Iraq. Down syndrome children have some delete in production skill.Therefore, the challenge is to teach Down syndrome children English Language through TPR method, TPR focused on listening rather than production which is necessary with the sample of the research. It has hypothesized that there is no significant differences among the sample of the research in learning English through TPR. The research has applied observations as a tool of collecting the data. The results have showed amazing developing in acquiring English foreign language. The sample could response and product English words although they could not produce Arabic words as much as they could in English. Thus, the null hypothesis of the research
Visual materials are tools that could help the teachers in class to manufacture the necessary knowledge for effective and delightful teaching. The current research has used visual materials and investigated experimentally their impact on students' achievement in teaching English as a Foreign Language during the virtual learning of pandemic of Covid-19. The sample of the research is 64 students at the College of Physical Education and Science Sport for Women/Baghdad University which they are divided into two groups, the experimental is taught according to the visual materials (Sadiq, 2019) while the second one is taught by using the traditional textbook only (Abdul-Razzaq& Al-Mufti, 1987). After three months, the results of the pre and post-tests are analyzed statistically. And the results are revealed that there is a significant difference for the visual materials group. Therefore, it is indicated using visual materials in English foreign teaching is effective as a tool for presenting printing materials.
