In the recent past, the agriculture and farming industry has become the precision network connectivity of sensors with a new dimension of Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The cloud computing and wireless sensor network-(WSN) based extensive distance network in IoT can be applied to the agriculture and farming industry in a remote area. In this paper, we propose scalable wireless sensor network architecture for monitoring and control using IoT for agriculture and farming in a remote area. One of the significant managements in precision agriculture and farming (PAF) is water resource irrigation and proper utilization of water resources. Appropriate utilization of water irrigation management can be achieved by applying WSN technology using IoT. The efficient communication of various wireless sensors is processed using IoT in PAF to improve the productivity of farmers. We have analyzed the WSN structure based on throughput maximization, latency minimization, high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), minimum mean square error, and improved coverage area. The experimental results have proved that the proposed methodology provides better performance than conventional IoT-based agriculture and farming.
BCZT (Ba0.85Ca0.15Zr0.1Ti0.9O3) is a recent class of lead-free ferroelectric material associated with high piezoelectric coefficient, making it suitable to inspire hydroxyapatite (HA)-BCZT ceramics for bone materials. Nano-crystalline hydroxyapatite (HA) synthesized using the hydrothermal route was characterized via FT-IR, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). We also rationalized its formation as a function of operating conditions such as dwell time and temperature in this route. The nano-crystalline BCZT powder was synthesized via a sol-gel technique and its structural and morphological characterization were carried out using Raman Spectroscopy, XRD and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). These investigations facilitated the optimization of HA-BCZT compositions and their electrical poling conditions to achieve enhanced piezoelectric effect. The composites (HA-BCZT) sintered at 1350∘C exhibited promising piezoelectric properties. We report the enhanced piezoelectric coefficient (d33) of 7±1 pC/N for 50% HA-BCZT which is significant as compared to that reported in the literature for ~98% BT (barium titanate) -HA composites. We highlight the role of Simulated Body Fluid (SBF) on the intriguing phase-change of Tricalcium Phosphate (TCP) obtained at this sintering temperature, to hydroxyapatite for its essential contribution to promote bone growth. We theoretically support the confirmed in vitro biocompatibility of these composites. A novel coronavirus (COVID-19) was identified as one of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronaviruses (SARS-CoV-2) and emerged as a pandemic in 2020. Thus, there is an urgent need to screen and develop an agent to suppress the proliferation of viral particles of SARS-CoV-2, and several drugs have entered clinical trial phases to assess their therapeutic potential. The objective of the present study is to screen phytochemicals against the main viral protease using molecular docking studies. The phytochemicals vasicine, vasicinone, vasicinolone, vasicol, vasicolinone, adhatodine, adhavasicinone, aniflorine, anisotine, vasnetine, and orientin from Adhatoda vasica were selected, and the compounds were docked with various viral protein targets, including specific SARS-CoV-2 main protease (PDBID:6Y84), using AutoDock, Schrodinger, Biovia discovery studio, and virtual screening tools. Adhatodine and vasnetine showed a better binding affinity of −9.60 KJ/mol and −8.78 KJ/mol, respectively. In molecular docking simulations for 10 ns, these compounds illustrated strong hydrogen-bonding interactions with the protein active site and induced a potential conformational change in the ligand-binding site. The results were compared with the antiviral drugs nirmatrelvir and ritonavir. These results suggest that these phytochemicals can be studied as potential inhibitors against SARS-CoV-2 protease and may have an antiviral effect on coronavirus. However, further in vitro and in vivo efficacy activity needs to be investigated for these phytochemicals
Constituting the agriculture solid substance manufacture, the post-harvest sector processing schema is direct to preventing reduce the losses in intelligent agriculture. Many processing schemata will be preventing post-harvest losses on the agriculture solid substance manufacture, especially sekai-ichi apple is the regularly used fruit also used to make active in human-related activities of the sensory and control function consisting of an agricultural industry. Sekai-ichi apple is being a definite number of diseases induce, but it is to the highest degree of wastage involving in the Post-Harvest process. Especially sekai-ichi apple count loss is an unsafe many time because it not critically post-harvest. Regardless of consideration, the existing hierarchical model specified post-harvest losses prevention research has deficiencies to precise and quick detection of wastage for ensuring healthy separation of agriculture surroundings. This paper suggests a "Hierarchical Model within Ontology Enabled IoT" for distinguishable healthy separation of sekai-ichi apple by using Boosted Continuous Non-spatial whole Attribute Extraction (BCNAE). Sekai-ichi apple count loss is always safe on critically post-harvest. Proposed Post-Harvest hierarchical model specified post-harvest losses prevention and deficiencies to precise and quick detection of wastage for ensuring healthy separation of agriculture surroundings. In these suggestions, the separation cognitive operation takes the three levels of processing schemes such as lower level, middle level, and higher level. Firstly, the lower level is express agreements with the dynamic functioning for maintaining the definite number of manual induces. This lower level showing an absorption with the activity of manual separation by the human reliability determination. Secondly, the middle level is an express arrangement with the dynamic functioning for reducing the overfitting and accommodate to fitting the right shape deliberation. Middle level is establishing being generalized by concentrating the time-varying features in the occurrence of a change for the worse identification. Finally, the upper level is express for features refining with the help of the function of sekai-ichi apple image segmentation connection. This interpretability process helps to make the proven position of a prominent classification in a particular fruit on the agriculture solid substance. These three processing flow constructs the ontology structure with manually collected sekai-ichi apple images from a 3D sensor. The observational consequences express that the proposed BCNAE framework recognizes a detection performance carrying out with an optimized-separation ratio for time-variant of the separation process.
Abstract:The anti-fungal and cytotoxic activites of podophyllotoxin and seven C-4 substituted podophyllotoxin ester derivatives, viz: trans-cinnamyl, cis-cinnamyl, o-methoxy cinnamyl, dimethyl acrylyl, p-methoxy phenyl acetyl, 3,4-dimethoxy phenyl acetyl and 2,5-dimethoxy phenyl acetyl esters were evaluated on four fungi, viz: Macrophomina phaseolina, Fusarium oxysporum, Myrrothecium verrucarria and Asperigillus candidus, The podophyllotoxin derivatives were synthesised and their structures were elucidated. Quantitative structure activity relationships were developed between the activity of these compounds against the four fungi and molecular descriptors. The linear regression models developed had one to two descriptors. For all the cases the r 2 was in the range of 0.73 to 0.96, indicating good data fit and q 2 was in the range of 0.60 to 0.68, indicating that the predictive capabilities of the models were acceptable. Solvent accessible surface area (namely the partial positive solvent-accessible surface area), A log P , highest occupied molecular orbital and conformational energy were identified as important descriptors.
