The present paper analyses cone yields of ninety clones during four years in a stonepine clone bank in Madrid. The yield of each tree was modelled by a generalized linear model that includes the genotype as fixed factor and size parameter and spatial correlations as covariables. The latter two were surrogated by stem cross-section area above grafting point and by the moving average of the direct neighbour trees. Original Complete Block Design failed to remove plot variability, so a iterative method was used for archiving independent residuals. Clonal least square means showed a gradual variation, which did not allow to discriminate a clear group of plus genotypes.
