In some countries, the COVID-19 pandemic has become a major disaster that has caused several areas to experience serious problems. One of them is the field of education, which requires online learning. However, this is effective? The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The object of this research is the Effectiveness Learning of Physical Education in the Pandemic COVID-19 at West Java Elementary School. This study aims to reveal field data by explaining what is revealed in the field, analyzing and concluding the results of the research. This research uses descriptive research with the process of collecting and compiling data, as well as analyzing and interpreting the data. The sample used is the West Java Elementary School, such as Bandung City, Cimahi City, Subang City, Bekasi City and Karawang City. The data collection technique in this study used a google form questionnaire that was sent through the WhatsApp application group through the homeroom teacher. After collecting data using a questionnaire, it can be seen that the effectiveness of the Physical Education Learning at the time of the COVID-19 Pandemic was at a score of 50%. This means that physical education learning carried out online is still not optimal. Students and teachers must be able to better adapt to the implementation of the online Physical Education learning process.
The study aims at finding out the effect of dumbbell swing to the arms muscle strength of Petanque sports training athletes in Bekasi. The method of the study was experimental method. The population of the study was 15 sports training athletes in Bekasi, in which 8 athletes of sports training was chosen as the sample of the study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Purposive sampling technique is a sampling which taken with specific purpose or intention. The result of the study showed that there was a significant effect of Dumbbell Swing exercise method to the arms muscle strength of Petanque sports training in Bekasi before and after the treatment. It was proven from the t-test, it was obtained tvalue = 11,58 at alpha 5% or (α) = 0,05. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant improvement of the arm muscles strength because of the continuity of the exercise for 14 times in the Dumbbell swing exercise Keywords-Dumbbell Swing exercise method, Petanque, and sport training athletes in Bekasi
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Latihan Small Sided Game Terhadap Kemampuan Passing-Stopping Permainan Sepakbola Siswa SSB Beringin Pratama. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. karena penelitian menggunakan total sampling maka sampel yang akan penelitian keseluruhan berjumlah 25 orang. Instrumen penelitian tes awal dan tes akhir menggunakan tes passing-stopping. Untuk pengolahan dan analisis data, penulis menggunakan uji t. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari metode latihan small sided game terhadap hasil passing-stopping yakni dengan nilai (15,86) > (2,06). Hasil penelitian ini bisa digunakan untuk mengembangkan ide yang lebihluas, untuk hasil metode latihan small sided game terhadap kemampuan passing-stopping hasil t hitungnya lebih besar dari pada t tabel pada α = 0,05 dan dk = n-1 sehingga hipotesa nol (Ho) ditolak dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada metodelatihan small sided game memberikan peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap hasil passing-stopping padasiswa SSB Beringin Pratama.
The purpose of this paper is to educate teenagers around Malacca 4 about the latest regulations and also provide education about how to play well in futsal. This paper is the result of KKN activities that have been carried out with a program to improve the quality of sports games. The background of this problem is the lack of education or understanding of teenagers around Malacca 4 about the rules and how to play well in futsal. The Community Service Program implemented here contains three activities, namely; (1) Webinar "Socialization of the Latest Futsal Rules", (2) Coaching Clinic on how to play well in futsal, (3) Mini Tournament Fun Futsal Malacca 4. The purpose of the first activity is to socialize the latest rules of futsal, the second is to educate how to play futsal, the third is to evaluate the participants after participating in the previous activity. The location of the KKN Program is located on Jl. Malacca 4 Gang 1, Ex. Malacca sari, district. Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. This Community Service Program starts from February 25 to March 15. The methods used in this KKN program are (1) Socialization, (2) Training and Evaluation. The impact of this Community Service Program on the surrounding youth in Malacca 4 is that they understand more about the rules of futsal so that they can play more fairly even though there is no referee, increase sportsmanship in playing, and improve basic techniques in playing futsal.
