В статье устраняется пробел в анализе осадков по месячным, сезонным и годичным интервалам 1961-2017 гг. на метеостанции (м/с) «Моздок»: зона сухих степей Центрального Предкавказья (Юг Европейской части России), 136 м н.у.м., индекс Всемирной метеорологической организации (ВМО) 37145. В зоне действия м/с «Моздок» находятся сельскохозяйственные земли, используемые в основном для земледелия. Представлены результаты по многолетним нормам осадков стандартного периода 1961-1990 гг. С рассчитанными нормами сравнивается постбазовый (1991-2017 гг.) период ВМО для месячных, сезонных и годовых интервалов в условиях роста сумм активных температур, индекса континентальности климата и дефицита осадков за период вегетации. Средствами статистического анализа данных постбазового периода определены основные тенденции в изменчивости осадков: критерий Кокса -Стюарта с учетом взвешенной скользящей средней для трехлетнего шага, метод наименьших квадратов (МНК) и критерий Аббе -Линника. Показана относительная нестабильность периодов ВМО по значениям коэффициента вариации (CV): изменяется от 0,0 до 6,7 (за счет зимних месяцев и марта). Значения ẑ факт критерия Кокса -Стюарта подтвердили отсутствие трендов (за исключением июля, ноября и декабря), что соответствовало величинам МНК. При высоком значении CV и низком ẑ факт характер тенденции уточнялся МНК и Аббе -Линником. С использованием указанного инструментария установлено отсутствие трендов у большинства анализируемых временны́х интервалов постбазового периода ВМО (за исключением августа, ноября и теплого периода). Выявлено, что в условиях роста температур в климатической системе происходит межсезонное перераспределение осадков: нарастание недостатка в летний период и рост осадков осенью.Ключевые слова: климатическая норма, стандартный период, постбазовый период ВМО, взвешенные скользящие средние, тренд, критерий Кокса -Стюарта, метод наименьших квадратов (МНК), критерий Аббе -Линника
