In the context of realizing national development goals, the government is paying maximum attention to rural development. The great attention to the countryside is based on the fact that the village is home to a large part of the Indonesian people. The position of the village and the village community is the basis of the life of the nation and state of Indonesia. Intellectual capital is the main strength in an organization, which includes information, technical practitioners, expertise, intellectual property. Village assistance is carried out by village assistants whose job is to assist villages in the implementation of village development and village community empowerment. The objectives of village assistance include: 1) increasing the capacity, effectiveness and accountability of village governance and village development; 2) increase the initiative, awareness and participation of the village community in participatory village development; 3) increase the synergy of inter-sectoral Village development programs; and 4) optimizing village local assets in an emancipatory manner
Data collected by PLN staff on customer’s complaints in the usage of electricity are very huge and accumulate. Previously, there was no information about these kinds of complaints in all sub-districts included inside the company, PT. PLN Binjai. On the other hand, each year company experienced problems to classify all complaints in order to obtain customers with information to later be used as a basis for making policy/decision. Data mining used clustering method and K-Means algorithm to classify the data so that important information is obtained from customer’s complaints on the electricity usage, using variable: types of complaints, power using by consumer and consumer’s region. Data was analyzed using Matlab to produce cluster centers and obtained a relationship between variables obtained with groups with high number of complaints. Results revealed that from 500 customers who have complained, cluster 1 had 218 complaints namely NT Fuse Putus with power used was 1300 watt and was located in Binjai.
Dunia Barusa, Inc. is a business institution engaged in Toyota car sales services, spare parts and periodic service. Service quality is an important factor in determining the success of this business. Services provided by Dunia Barusa, Inc., includes a comfortable waiting room with prayer rooms and toilets, responsiveness of service complaints, friendly and professional attention of employees, providing a complete and comprehensive service, using equipment and that is in accordance with standards, selling authentic Toyota spare parts and coupled with various promotional gifts for periodic service and purchase of spare parts. The steps of data collection are done by observing and distributing questionnaires from several criteria. The criteria were obtained through interviews and literature studies. The method used to measure service quality using Fuzzy Servqual. From the results of the calculation of customer expectations Defuzzyfikation can be known, the value of the highest expectations of customers to improve service quality at Dunia Barusa Inc. is in attribute X8, which is the timeliness of service provided with a value of 2.80 and the lowest value is attribute X12, which is the greeting given on arrival with a value of 1.97. The criteria that have the highest gap value are timeliness of the service provided. Accordingly, this criteria is a criteria that many customers complain and needs to have an improvement.
The phenomenon of development development is in rural areas. In order to realize national development goals, the government pays the greatest attention to development in the countryside. So that the spearhead of the village is one of them is the Village Device is required to improve the quality of self reflected in human capital, social capital, Intelectual capital and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research aims to find out the Influence of human capital and social capital on Intelectual capital Village Devices With Organizational Citizenship Behaviour as a Mediation Variable on Village Devices in Kerinci Regency. Respondents in this study were Village Devices in Kerinci Regency by taking samples of village devices located in Gunung Raya and Bukit Kerman districts so that 174 respondents were obtained. The Model Testing Technique in this study used the Stuctural Equation Model (SEM). Human capital and social capital had an effect of 98.1% on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Village Devices in Kerinci Regency and Human capital, social capital and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had an effect of 15% on Intelectual Capital on Village Devices in Kerinci Regency.
Entrepreneurship is believed to be a tool to encourage economic growth to solve other economic problems, such as unemployment, poverty and social inequality. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is a business that plays an important role in the national economy. The success of the marketing of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is influenced by the dimension of entrepreneurship. The dimensions of entrepreneurship used in this study are economic entrepreneurship, resource-based entrepreneurship and human capital entrepreneurship. Respondents in this study were actors of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Gunung Raya Subdistrict, Kerinci Regency as many 100 respondents. The Model Testing Technique in this study used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS. The results showed that the Entrepreneurship Dimension had a positive and significant effect on the Market Performance of MSMEs. The magnitude of the influence of entrepreneurship Dimension on Market Performance of MSMEs is 0.231 or 23.1%, so it is necessary to support entrepreneurship Dimension to increase the Market Performance of MSMEs.
