Abstract. Allah relates that his upbringing, fatigue, and hardship occurred day and night during these months. Then Allah swt ordered and commanded humans to be grateful for His favors and be grateful to their parents. This study aims to: (1) Classify the opinions of commentators regarding QS Luqman Verse 14, (2) Find the essence of QS Luqman Verse 14, (3) Know the opinions of education experts in shaping the character of gratitude for parents, (4) Knowing the educational implications from QS Luqman verse 14 about doing good to parents towards the formation of the character of gratitude. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with literature study research techniques, research activities are carried out by examining in depth some interpretations and literature books related to the focus of research problems. From this research, several conclusions are obtained, namely: (1) To serve parents is a noble obligation, (2) The real form of Islamic appreciation for the honor and high position of parents before Allah is the Islamic stipulation of the child's obligation to serve their parents, (3) ) People who are grateful will not associate Allah SWT, (4) Parents need to be role models and do good habits and discipline so that children are clever to be grateful Abstrak. Allah menceritakan bahwa pengasuhan, keletihan, dan kesulitannya terjadi siang dan malam selama bulan-bulan tersebut. Lalu Allah swt memerintahkan dan mengharuskan kepada manusia untuk bersyukur atas nikmat-Nya dan bersyukur kepada kedua ibu bapaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengklasifikasi pendapat para mufassir mengenai Q.S Luqman Ayat 14, (2) Menemukan esensi Q.S Luqman Ayat 14, (3) Mengetahui pendapat para ahli pendidikan dalam membentuk karakter syukur kepada orang tua, (4) Mengetahui implikasi pendidikan dari Q.S Luqman ayat 14 tentang berbuat baik kepada orang tua terhadap pembentukan karakter syukur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik penelitian studi kepustakaan, kegiatan penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengkaji secara mendalam beberapa tafsir dan buku-buku literatur yang berkaitan dengan fokus masalah penelitian. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan yaitu: (1) Kewajiban yang mulia adalah berbakti kepada orang tua, (2) Berbakti kepada orang tua merupakan Wujud nyata dari penghargaan Islam atas mulia dan tingginya kedudukan orang tua dihadapan Allah adalah penetapan Islam atas kewajiban anak adalah, (3) Orang yang bersyukur tidak akan menyekutukan Allah SWT, (4) Orang tua perlu menjadi teladan dan melakukan kebiasaan yang baik dan disiplin supaya anak pandai bersyukur
The education practice cannot be separated from education administration. At the level of early childhood education organized by mothers of Posyandu cadres who are in rural areas commonly called Pos PAUD there are still many weaknesses in carrying out the right education administration. The results of the observations found several things that were obstacles to the development of the institution, among others: lack of support from the village government, teacher qualifications that were on average junior or high school graduates, teacher competencies that were not relevant to educational qualifications. The aim of this study was to know the effectiveness of the workshop on improving the quality of the pos PAUD institution. The research subjects were Pos PAUD cadres, amounting to 21 people. The results showed an increase in understanding of Pos PAUD management, which amounted to 81.64%, an increase of 24.3% from 57.4% of the previous pretest results. Likewise, the results of the statistical test using SPSS, this workshop activity had a significant influence in increasing the understanding of Pos PAUD cadres. The conclusion is that PAUD management workshops can improve the understanding and skills of the postal administration.
Under Law No. 41 In 2004, Indonesian Waqf Board in charge of fostering productive endowment managers in order to function not only as a means of worship mahdhah (vertical worship), but also a tool of social economic equilibrium. For coaching effectiveness, it is required data as the basis of coaching itself. This study aims to determine how the performance of managers in managing endowments. This study found that of the planning of the program, 62.7% of the endowment managers surveyed have had the vision, mission, goals and programs. However, only 31.03% of the managers who have to write it in the form of documentation. Only about a quarter of the endowment managers surveyed that have plans to manage productive endowments, the rest undecided. In terms of activity, endowment managers in question can be grouped in a very passive endowment managers. It can be seen from the percentage of the object transition process of private property into endowment property manager that 82.76% is the result of property owner initiatives.
