The focus of community service is the empowerment of women through the business development of wedang uwuh traditional beverage. Wedang uwuh is a traditional beverage that is famous among the people of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Wedang uwuh is a hot or warm beverage that has a sweet and spicy taste with bright red and fragrant aroma. This community service is motivated by the problems: the wedang uwuh business does not yet have a permit for household industrial products (PIRT), the manager does not understand how to market and make branding of wedang uwuh, wedang uwuh does not have packaging that fits the market target tourism, and others. To overcome this problem, in this service a variety of wedang uwuh business development activities were carried out: (1) efforts to manage PIRT permits, product marketing, and branding communication training, marketing training via social media, wedang uwuh packing training, and facilitation of business development tools and appropriate packaging tourist target
This article explored collaborative governance risk management on implementing tobacco control policy in Kulonprogo Regency and Pekalongan City. The research methods used qualitative methods based on primary and secondary data. The authors collected the primary data through interviews with some actors. In contrast, the secondary data comprised online mass media and previous research on relevant topics. This article also uses the tool Nvivo12 Plus to help with data processing. The results showed that the collaborative governance of Kulonprogo Regency and Pekalongan City had some risks in their collaboration. Kulonprogo Regency could resolve those risks through decision-making to achieve the integrated mechanism. This step is easy to implicate because the actor has high cooperation to solve their problem through a joint decision. While the risk collaboration of Pekalongan city could not be solved properly cause of the lack the mechanical integration of the actor in that collaboration. The actor has different principles and impacts on a joint decision to achieve an integrated mechanism when solving the problems.
This study aims to determine the contribution of Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) in the implementation of the tobacco control policy in Kulonprogo Regency based on the stages of collaboration, the risks of collaboration and the actions taken to overcome these risks. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Sources of data in this study used data from interviews, previous research and online mass media news data.Based on result study, NGO have contribution in every collaboration stages. This study measures collaboration based on the stages of collaboration including brainstorming, initial collaboration, maturation of thought, and implementation. NGO have contribution in every collaboration stages. The synergy between MTCC, The Union, and the Government of Kulonprogo also experienced several problems such as administrative problems, transparency, differences in vision and mission, recruitment of members that did not comply with the rules, and lack of coordination between institutions, especially the Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD). The risks resulting from these problems include temporary suspension of collaboration activities, internal conflicts, incompetent members, difficulty in inter-agency coordination, and financial abuse. Overcoming this problem, the actors involved in the collaboration took several actions such as revising regulations and organizational structures, tightening the member recruitment process, improving communication and coordination, as well as collaborating in financial supply.
Program Pengembangan Desa Mitra (PPDM) ini memfokuskan pada program Desa Mangunan SebagaiWisata Desa Unggulan Yang Kompetitif Dan Berbudaya. Tujuan program ini adalah menjadikan mitrasebagai model pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi kerakyatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat berkelanjutanmelalui potensi desa wisata yang dipadukan dengan budaya (wisata alam, wisata kerajinan, religi danbudaya). Dalam arti pemberdayaan masyarakat (partisipasi aktif) sebagai inti gerakannya, pendekatanyang dilakukan dengan community based tourism dengan menempatkan mitra sebagai pelaku utamapada setiap tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program. Pendekatan pemberdayaan(partisipasi aktif) dalam pengabdian ini berprinsip pada kemandirian masyarakat, metode ini bertujuanuntuk meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dan menguatkan perekonomian lokal. Pengembangan DesaWisata di Mangunan dilakukan dengan melakukan pemetaan potensi unggulan daya tarik wisatamelalui survei dan wawancara. Setelah dipetakan secara baik, tentu dilakukan penguatan berkaitandengan kelembagaan dan sumber daya manusia pengelola desa wisata melalui berbagai pelatihan yangdiselenggarakan, yaitu: pelatihan manajemen kelembagaan desa wisata dan community based tourism,pelatihan komunikasi pariwisata, komunikasi pemasaran dan “branding desa wisata”, pelatihanpelayanan prima desa wisata, pelatihan best practice dan studi banding pengelolaan desa wisata ke DesaWisata Nglanggeran dan Desa Wisata Bleberan. Selain itu, dilakukan pengembangan destinasi di Desawisata Desa Wisata Kaki Langit (pemberian alat untuk lukis api dan pemberian tandon air kapasitas1200 Liter, Desa Wisata Songgo Langit (pembuatan Spot Love di puncak persawahan bowongan,pembuatan taman bunga, pembuatan rumah watu pipisan, pemberian bantuan selang sepanjang 50Meter, Desa Wisata Tapak Tilas Sultan Agung (wisata agro berupa pemberian bibit kopi, penyediaanpapan informasi daya tarik wisata yang ditempatkan pada daya tarik wisata wayu goyang. Selain itu,fasilitasi legalisasi Sanggar Lestari Budaya dan Sanggar Ngesti Budoyo dibuatlah akta notarisPerkumpulan Sanggar Lestari Budaya dan Perkumpulan Sanggar Lestari Budaya agar dalamberaktivitas memiliki keabsahan dan dilindungi oleh Peraturan Perundang-undangan yang berlaku
Pengembangan wisata budaya di Desa Wisata Tapak Tilas Sultan Agung dan Desa Wisata Songgo Langit ini merupakan bagian dari Program Pengembangan Desa Mitra (PPDM) ini memfokuskan pada program Desa Mangunan Sebagai Wisata Desa Unggulan Yang Kompetitif dan Berbudaya. Tujuan program ini adalah menjadikan mitra sebagai model pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi kerakyatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat berkelanjutan melalui potensi desa wisata yang dipadukan dengan budaya. Program pengembangan yang dilakukan, meliputi: legalisasi perkumpulan dalam bentuk sanggar seni. Untuk melakukan legalisasi Sanggar Lestari Budaya dan Sanggar Ngesti Budoyo dibuatlah akta notaris agar dalam beraktivitas memiliki keabsahan dan dilindungi oleh Peraturan Perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Program lainnya adalah pelatihan inovasi pengembangan seni budaya, pemaketan wisata budaya.
