El presente ensayo recoge algunas reflexiones sobre los retos territoriales de la implementación de Acuerdo Final para la Terminación del Conflicto y la Construcción de una Paz Estable y Duradera entre el Gobierno colombiano y las FARC. El texto profundiza en las dimensiones del acuerdo que han tenido mayores dificultades para su implementación y en las implicaciones territoriales que se derivan de los retrocesos resultantes. Concluimos reflexionando sobre el Paro Nacional de 2021 donde resurgen las demandas de una sociedad más justa, igualitaria y democrática. La respuesta institucional, orientada principalmente a reprimir a las ciudadanas, pone de manifiesto que las instituciones del Estado colombiano siguen estando muy lejos del camino de diálogo y reconciliación labrado después de la firma de los acuerdos de paz en 2016.
ResumenTras el anuncio del proceso de destitución del alcalde de Bogotá, Gustavo Petro, se produjeron importantes movilizaciones en la capital colombiana que ayudaron a cuestionar y finalmente paralizar el proceso de su exclusión política. Este trabajo busca esclarecer cuál fue el papel de los medios comunitarios durante los procesos de movilización ciudadana que se produjeron después de la destitución y cuáles fueron las motivaciones de su acción comunicativa. Para ello se ha tomado una muestra de medios comunitarios que aparecen registrados en la Red Comunitaria de Medios de Bogotá. Se ha realizado un cuestionario en torno a esta temática, que se ha aplicado a los directores de los medios seleccionados. A partir del recopilatorio de sus respuestas se pretende obtener pistas sobre cómo ha sido su comportamiento de cara a las manifestaciones y las motivaciones del mismo. Medios Comunitarios en Bogotá. This paper aims to clarify what was the role of community media during the processes of citizen mobilization that occurred after the destitution and what were the motivations of their communicative action. For it has been taken a sample of community media that are recorded in the Community Media Network of Bogotá. Then, has been made a questionnaire about this subject, which has been applied to the directors of the selected media. From the compilation of their responses is to obtain clues about how was their behavior and motivations during this protests.
