The performance of elementary school teachers can be influenced by the ability of elementary school teachers to carry out and complete their workload. The self-efficacy of elementary school teachers will be very useful in completing the teacher's workload. This systematic literature review study aims to reveal the role of self-efficacy of the teacher in completing the teacher's workload and the results of teacher performance. The researcher used the meta-analytical method. The stages in meta-analysis research are formulating the problem to be studied, collecting research data sources, analyzing data, proving the truth of the data with the results of the analysis, and concluding the research results. The data collection technique used by researchers is to find articles that have been published in online journals according to the problems to be studied through online databases. So it can be concluded that the self-efficacy of a teacher is useful in completing the teacher's workload on the results of his performance/
