This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the flying doctor program in handling stunting on patient satisfaction at the Panyabungan Jae Public Health Center Mandailing Natal Regency. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design conducted at the Panyabungan Jae Public Health Center Mandailing Natal Regency in September-October 2022. Data were analyzed using the Chi Square test and logistic regression. The results of the univariate study showed that out of 67 respondents, the majority were aged 26-35 years, namely 31 (46.3%), had high school education, namely 35 (52.2%), worked as housewives, namely 37 (55.2%). Bivariate results showed that there was an effect of flying doctor communication (p=0.000), there was an effect of flying doctor responsiveness in handling stunting (p=0.028), provision of education in stunting management (p=0.000), competency in stunting management on patient satisfaction at the Panyabungan Public Health Center Mandailing Natal Regency for 2022 (p=0.000). The multivariate results show that the variable that influences patient satisfaction at the Panyabungan Jae Public Health Center Mandailing Natal Regency in 2022, is the variable providing education. The conclusion in this study is that all research variables in this study, namely communication of flying doctors, responsiveness, provision of education and competence affect patient satisfaction at the Panyabungan Jae Health Center, Mandailing Natal Regency, and the variables of providing education are the most influential (p = 0.000 OR = 10.935).
Based on data from BPJS Health in 2019, it reached a membership number of 221,580,743 people. However, in reality, many patients who are about to provide health services at Hekath Centre are found to have an inactive membership card. The study aimed to determine the effect of vulnerability, seriousness, barriers, perceived benefits, influence to act and dominant factors on BPJS Inactive Membership. The study was an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach.. The population were 50 people and the sampling technique used an accidental technique with a purposive approach. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate. The results showed that the multivariate p(sig) susceptibility value was .532 (OR=2.515 CI 0.140-45.253), confidence was .032 (OR=16,712 CI 1.275-219.028), benefits were .015 (OR=28,388 CI 1.942-415.210), barriers of .015 (OR=23,558 CI 1.863-297.969), the effect of acting was 0.353 (OR=4.119 CI .208-81.681). In conclusion, the variables that simultaneously influence the inactive BPJS membership were beliefs, benefits and obstacles, while the most dominant factor for the inactive BPJS membership is the perceived benefits. BPJS Health must increase the quantity of socialization. This can be seen from the lack of continuous socialization to the community of BPJS members by installing banners containing the slogan of the JKN Program so that it must be reproduced and installed in every health facility.
Indonesia has set a target in accordance with the SDGs Program in 2030 in the health sector, namely through efforts to improve nutrition and health quality in combating the prevalence of stunting. The achievement of the SDGs goals must be prepared from now on by coordinating cross-sectoral. Over the last 20 years, the handling of the stunting problem has been very slow, globally, the percentage of children whose growth is stunted has decreased by only 0.6% per year since 1999. It is predicted that if this continues, 15 years later it is estimated that 450 million children will experience growth retardation or stunting. The contributing factor is suspected to be the lack of cross-sectoral roles in preventing stunting, so it is necessary to strengthen the role through convergence action to accelerate stunting reduction. The role of Universities as the Regency/City Assistance Implementation Team through the Stunting Reduction Acceleration Program in 10 loci in Labuhan Batu Regency with a 5-pillar approach, namely; (1) increasing commitment and leadership of the Village/Urban Government; (2) System strengthening and development, data, information, research and innovation; (3) communication of behavior change and community empowerment in terms of nutrition, healthy behavior, mutual cooperation and independence; (4) convergence of specific and sensitive interventions through a family approach caring for stunting; (5) food security at the level Individuals, Families and Communities through optimizing the use of local food ingredients. The factors that encourage the implementation of convergence actions to accelerate stunting reduction are the government's commitment, as well as the involvement of various parties, both from the health and non-health sectors.
