Pemanfaatan lahan gambut dalam kegiatan pertanian, terutama untuk perkebunan menjadi sorotan akhir-akhir ini, akibat terjadinya kebakaran lahan gambut sebagai penyebab bencana asap selama 18 tahun di Indonesia. Tulisan ini bertujuan menguraikan persoalan penggunaan lahan gambut, kejadian kebakaran, dan restorasi lahan gambut dari perspektif sosial ekonomi. Telah dilakukan penelitian dengan pendekatan studi kasus di Desa Tanjung Leban, Kecamatan Bandar Laksamana, Kabupaten Bengkalis, Provinsi Riau. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara terstruktur dan mendalam, FGD, dan observasi partisipatif dengan cara tinggal bersama masyarakat. Dari data yang dikumpulkan, dapat dikatakan bahwa persoalan lahan untuk pertanian adalah kompleks, terutama persoalan kepemilikan lahan oleh orang luar Desa. Masyarakat pada umumnya latah melakukan budidaya tanaman sawit, namun sayangnya lahan selalu terbakar secara berulang. Kemudian ada upaya kegiatan restorasi gambut, sebagai usaha pemulihan lahan gambut terdegradasi akibat kekeringan dan kebakaran. Akan tetapi kegiatan restorasi tidak mudah dilakukan, dimana masyarakat merasakan bahwa restorasi adalah pilihan yang baik untuk menghindari kebakaran lahan gambut berulang, namun mereka mempertanyakan keuntungan ekonomi langsung dan kendala teknis seperti banjir yang mengganggu tanaman sawit yang dibudidayakan. Dari studi kasus ini tetap menyisakan pertanyaan upaya strategis apa yag dapat dilakukan dalam kegiatan restorasi gambut guna mendukung pengelolaan lahan yang berkelanjutan.
This study aims to examine the effect of Regional Original Revenue, Balancing Funds, Special Autonomy Funds, and poverty levels on the level of local financial independence. The research data used is a combination of cross section with time series in 23 regencies / cities in Aceh Province during 2013-2018, obtained from the Budget Realization Report (LRA) issued by the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance of the Ministry of Finance (DJPK Ministry of Finance). The data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression with the help of Eviews 9. The results of this study prove that the Regional Original Revenue has a positive and significant effect on the level of regional financial independence, while the balance funds and special autonomy funds have a negative and significant effect on the level of regional financial independence. The poverty does not significantly influence the level of regional financial independence. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the money supply,interest rates, and inflation on economic growth in Indonesia. The dataanalysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The data used are timeseries data from 1999-2017 which were interpolated. The results partiallyshow that the money supply and inflation have a positive and significantinfluence on economic growth in Indonesia, while interest rates do not affecteconomic growth in Indonesia. The basis of the emergence of this research is the lack of observers or language researchers who will arouse the local language khasanah, namely Banjar Hulu language. Upstream Banjar Language is a language used by the people of Suhada Village Enok District Indragiri Hilir Regency Riau. The Banjar Hulu language is used as the majority language used by the people of Indragiri Hilir Regency Riau. However, due to the flow of modernization and assimilation will threaten the extinction and contamination of the Banjar Hulu language. Therefore, this research is expected to maintain and maintain the authenticity of Banjar Hulu language, so it is necessary to do research. This study focuses on the structure of verb phrases. With related issues about the shape or structure of the verb phrase. The purpose of the study is to describe in detail the structure of the Banjar Hulu language verb phrase. This research is a field research with qualitative type. This research was conducted in Suhada Village, Enok Sub-district, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau with research time for six months. The method used to collect data is by the technique of referring libat ably. The data of this research is phrase construction that comes from the speech of research informant. Data analyzing is done by technique of reduction, disply, and conclusion data. The results showed that there are various verbal phrases. This study aims to find out, (1) steps the school principal creates religious culture, (2) forms of religious culture in schools, (3) ways of socializing and implementing religious culture, (4) support of teachers and school members in creating religious culture, (5) how to overcome the problem of creating a religious culture. This research uses a qualitative approach design, with a case study research design. The location of this research is at Public SHS 9 Malang. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis technique used is reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of this study (1) the step of the school principal creating a religious culture begins with a meeting consisting of a core team to design an outline of the relevant activities then in consultation with the teachers, (2) the forms of religious culture in the school are Dhuha pray, DhuhurPray and AsrPray in congregation, study of the yellow book, Friday prayers in congregation and princess activities, non-Muslim students religious guidance, training to become qotib, istighosah, ramadhanpondok activities, Commemoration of Islamic Holidays, (3) socialization and implementation of Religious culture through social media, print , electronics, school websites, and verbally. While the implementation is a strategy that has been designed from the stages of planning, implementing, and habituating in daily life in the school environment, (4) teacher and school community support in creating a religious culture including, the teacher goes to the mosque when he hears the call to prayer, starts the lesson by praying, and encourage students to pray Dhuha before the lesson begins, students lead literacy, students become qotib, educational staff every Friday-morning at the morning apple to deliver information on activities carried out on that day.
