Hotel industry company is one of the companies that always maintains the trust and comfort of visitors during the COVID-19 pandemic while continues to serve the needs of the society. Hospitality is one of the sectors that remains open during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this case, employees will continue to work during the pandemic. However, in terms of performance, there are The changing business environment is very fast and uncertain, which requires every organization to continuously strive to be more effective, efficient and creative in order to achieve the company's goals. The findings identified a problem, a decline in organizational productivity, which is thought to be due to a decline in morale and organizational loyalty to employee performance. The study aimed to determine the impact of organizational ethics and loyalty on employee performance. The number of samples used is no less than 38 employees at Taman Sari Sukabumi Hotel. Data were collected using interviews, observations and questionnaires. The technique used for data analysis was multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Products and Services Solutions (SPSS). The findings show that morale (X1) has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in part. The number of samples used is no less than 38 employees at Taman Sari Sukabumi Hotel. Data were collected using interviews, observations and questionnaires. The technique used for data analysis was multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Products and Services Solutions (SPSS). The findings show that morale (X1) has a positive and significant impact on employee performance in part. The research was aimed at determining the mediation’s influence of customer value in the relationship of Media Social Marketing of Brand Equity. The methods used in the research were descriptive-associative and cluster sampling method. Spreading out questionnaires to 390 respondents who were the costumers of the local fashion brand Mayoutfit in Sukabumi City. The technique of analysing data was Structural Equation Modelling analysis technique assisted by AMOS Ver 23. The results of the research show that social media marketing influences significantly toward Customer Value, The Customer value Influences toward Brand Equity, and Costumer Value Mediating the relationship of Social Media marketing to Brand Equity in a way partial mediation. The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of marketing capability on the competitive advantage in creative economy of photograph in Sukabumi city. The object of this study is the marketing capability and competitive advantage. The research method used is associative descriptive quantitative method which using statistical calculation to measure how big or small the impact of two free variables or more. The technique of data analysis begins with validity testing, reliability testing and normality testing. It is also supported by f-testing, multiple coefficient correlation, coefficient determination, multiple linear regression, and t-testing to determine the extent of the impact of both independent variables or free variable studied to the dependent variable or bound variable. Based on the result of the study, there is a significant impact of marketing capability on competitive advantage in the amount of 0.001 due to 0,001 < 0,05. From that result, it can be known that there is a significant advantage between marketing capability on competitive advantage. Keywords: Marketing Capability, Competitive Advantage
Abstract The purpose of this study is to measure how much influence word of mouth and brand image have on purchasing decisions. The variables used in this study are word of mouth,, brand image, and purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is to use probability sampling by distributing questionnaires as many as 150 respondents to consumers who use Iphone smatphone in Sukabumi City. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression where in this method the method of partial effect and simultaneous influence is used. The results obtained show that there is no positive and significant influence between word of mouth on purchasing decisions. And there is a positive and significant influence between brand image on purchasing decisions.
The role of government agencies, namely junior high schools under the auspices of Department of Education and Social Rehabilitation for street children carried out by UPT Puskesos under the auspices of Social Service in building community welfare, is inseparable from the problems that are tried to be examined through aspects of interpersonal communication that can empower human resource activities. The rehabilitating street children with facility approach only does not have a long lasting impact, the tendency of street children to return to the road. Interpersonal communication approach is needed for them which has a long impact, so that street children realize to improve their quality. Theories used in this research are attribution theory and heider theory. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyse the role of interpersonal communication between social workers and street children in the rehabilitation unit at UPT Puskesos (Social Safety Centre) Social Service Office in Bandung. The method utilized in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The case in this study is the difficulty of social workers in rehabilitating street children despite being given adequate facilities such as shelter homes. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews with social workers, do observation to observe interpersonal communication activities between social workers and street children, document review and reference. The results show that interpersonal communication has a role in street children rehabilitation through empathic and supportive approaches.
Kondisi rata-rata industri di perusahaan MLBI mengalami penurunan yang sangat signifikan sebesar 89% pada periode 2019 ke tahun 2020 yang menyebabkan turunnya pula kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Struktur Modal, Pertumbuhan Penjualan dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan pada perusahaan makanan dan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2020. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan teknik pengambilan sampel tersebut maka diperoleh sebanyak 13 perusahaan. Adapun jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) Struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan nilai sebesar -0,038. (2) Pertumbuhan Penjualan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan nilai sebesar 0,167. (3) Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan nilai sebesar 0.020.
