Abstract-The capabilities of an Enterprise ResourcePlanning (ERP) system to integrate all the business functions needed in a single system with a shared database efficiently and effectively has persuaded organizations to adopt them. In enterprise environment, successful ERP implementation has played a vital role for organizational efficiency. In this respect critical success factors (CSFs) have been identified essential for the successful ERP implementation. The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze CSFs impacting ERP implementation success in Pakistani Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs). This paper will help Pakistani SME's on how to obtain better results from ERP implementation focusing on CSFs relevant to them.

Smart Sensing has shown notable contributions in the healthcare industry and revamps immense advancement. With this, the present smart sensing applications such as the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) applications are elongated in the COVID-19 outbreak to facilitate the victims and alleviate the extensive contamination frequency of this pathogenic virus. Although, the existing IoMT applications are utilized productively in this pandemic, but somehow, the Quality of Service (QoS) metrics are overlooked, which is the basic need of these applications followed by patients, physicians, nursing staff, etc. In this review article, we will give a comprehensive assessment of the QoS of IoMT applications used in this pandemic from 2019 to 2021 to identify their requirements and current challenges by taking into account various network components and communication metrics. To claim the contribution of this work, we explored layer-wise QoS challenges in the existing literature to identify particular requirements, and set the footprint for future research. Finally, we compared each section with the existing review articles to acknowledge the uniqueness of this work followed by the answer of a question why this survey paper is needed in the presence of current state-of-the-art review papers. Telemedicine systems have been steadily increasing in number and scale over the past decades. This increasing trend intensifies the need for telemedicine in the era of national health care system. The increasing size of distributed telemedicine systems creates problem of data integration, vendor lock-in and interoperability.In this thesis, we state the above problems and solutions of current telemedicine system by showing an example of Tele-Wound TM architecture. To achieve this goal, we have set of requirements from a company named as A-B medicine in order to build a telemedicine application for them. Those set of requirements will be named as Tele-Wound TM application, which is the part of telemedicine system. This thesis presents mainly architecture of Tele-Wound TM which is being build as Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), because we believe that by the adoption of SOA several problems in today's telemedicine system can be resolved. Currently several resources are complaining that users become limited to a single vendor due to announcement of new technology, so this thesis can at least presents the few solution of users problem.We provide a detailed description of requirement of Tele-Wound TM system, and then proceed to design of an architecture that could be used as an example to other related application. The particular architecture that we have designed is comprises of several web services.In addition to the specific results that we present, we feel that the collective wisdom provided by the theory, requirement, evaluation and discussion throughout this thesis provides valuable insight for others in the same area of research.

Purpose- To gain more profit and market share, manufacturers wish to mobilize as many resources as they can to satisfy every manufacturing order. As manufacturing is nowadays distributed to several sites, where each site manufactures the intermediate product to assemble the final product. Methodology- Producers, therefore require to transport these products between these sites as well as distribute the final products to faraway customers. Therefore, production and transportation planning need to be coordinated. Manufacturing requires the planning of unmovable resources (machines) with fixed sequences of production routing steps, however transportation requires the planning of moveable resources (Vehicles). Findings- Each transport request is different from another with different origin and destination. Hence, it is needed to find the routing (route from origin to destination) of each transport request dynamically. Practical Implications- This paper is dedicated to present a route finding tool called Path Finder in order to provide the shortest route by distance or time or both for transportation planning.

Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) techniques are gaining popularity in the automotive industry. The primary objective is this paper to discover ways how a User Interface (UI) in the vehicle can improve the driver's safety when using cell phones, and other electronic devices while driving. In this paper, we present a conceptual design that can be divided into three phases. The first phase 'Analysis' focuses on information retrieval and structuring. The second phase 'Design' gives a concrete interface implementation based on our results in phase 'Analysis'. The third phase 'Evaluation' performs a usability test on the implementation. In the 'Analysis' we develop a PACT analysis. In the 'Design' we explain the elements of our interface and give pictures to illustrate them. In the 'Evaluation' we execute a usability test in an imaginary driving situation using a paper prototype.
