Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) is a group of beneficial soil microorganisms for soil fertility and crops. This study aims to show the effect of PGPR supplementation in the dose of NPK fertilizer on fresh weight and leaf chlorophyll content of pakchoy (Brassica rapa L.). There ere five treatment levels, consist of variation of NPK dosage and PGPR, namely: NPK 100% (A0P0), NPK 75% + PGPR 25% (A1P1), NPK 50% + PGPR 50% (A2P2), NPK 25% + PGPR 75% (A3P3), 100% PGPR (A4P4). Each treatment was repeated 5 times. The experimental design was Completely Randomized Design (RAL), the experimental results were analyzed by ANOVA (P <0.05), followed by Duncan test. Based on the experimental results, it was concluded that there was a significant effect of PGPR supplementation in the dose of NPK fertilizer on fresh weight and leaf chlorophyll content. The highest fresh weight was shown in the plant treated with NPK 25% + PGPR 75% (A3P3), while in the treated plants NPK 75% + PGPR 25% (A1P1) were able to accumulate the highest chlorophyll content among the other plant leaves.
ABSTRAKEbony leaf monkey is indigenous species (endemic) Indonesia. This study aims to determine the shape of interspecific interactions by individuals ebony leaf monkey (Trachypithecus auratus) in one population in forest areas Adinuso, Subah Batang District. The method used is the direct observation method. Data are taken in the Adinuso Forest Subah, Batang for 14 days in January to June 2016. The data is analyzed using qualitative descriptive method. The results shows that the shape of interspecific interactions conducted by ebony leaf monkey (Trachypithecus auratus), namely competition, cooperation, komensalisme, and neutralism. The percentage of interaction competition conducted by male ebony leaf monkey is 6.67%, and 33.33% is the cooperative interactions which consisted of 20% conducted by individual female ebony leaf monkey, and 13.33%. is conducted by individual females with infant While komensalism interaction is 26.67% which is entirely made by individual females and infant. Interaction occurs neutral 33.33% carried out by individual males with female individuals 13.33%, individual males and 13.33% of infant and female individuals with infant 6,67%. In the competition of interspecific interactions, there is agonistic behavior, while in neutralism there are alelometic and ingestif behavior. In cooperative behavior, there are efimeletic and play, and in komensalisme, there are efimeletic behavior and et-efimeletic.
