Abstrak: Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat Dalam Pelayanan Publik Studi Kasus: Di Gorontalo Utara. Pelayanan publik yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah daerah perlu dilakukan penilaian secara berkala. Hal ini berfungsi sebagai proses pembenahan layanan birokrasi pemerintahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai proses penilaian tingkat kepatuhan layanan yang diberikan oleh Organisasi Perangkat Daerah di Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah mix metode yakni gabungan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Untuk mendapat data yang valid maka terlebih dahulu dilakukan survei. Kesimpulannya hasil analisis survei pemerintah daerah Gorontalo Utara berkategori “Baik” dengan indeks sebesar 79.13. Bila dibandingkan dengan hasil indeks nilai kepatuhan pelayanan yang dipublikasikan oleh Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Tahun 2019 Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara memperoleh nilai sebesar 71.51. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan nilai indeks kepuasan pemerintah daerah Gorontalo Utara dari Tahun 2019 ke Tahun 2020 sebesar 7.62, nilai ini cukup signifikan. Artinya, Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara telah melakukan perbaikan-perbaikan dalam menunjang pelayanan publik pada setiap instansi di lingkungan pemerintahan. Abstract: Analysis of Public Satisfaction Level in Public Service Case Study: In North Gorontalo. Public services implemented by local governments need to be assessed periodically. This serves as a process of improving government bureaucratic services. The purpose of this research is as a process of assessing the level of compliance of services provided by the Regional Device Organization in North Gorontalo Regency. The method used is a mix of methods that are a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. To get valid data, a survey is first conducted. In conclusion, the results of the survey analysis of the North Gorontalo regional government are categorized as "Good" with an index of 79.13. When compared with the results of the service compliance value index published by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia in 2019, North Gorontalo District obtained a value of 71.51. Based on the results of the analysis shows that there is an increase in the satisfaction index value of the North Gorontalo regional government from 2019 to 2020 of 7.62, this value is quite significant. That is, the Regional Government of North Gorontalo Regency has made improvements in supporting public services in every agency in the government environment. The purpose of this study is to explore the implementation of the poverty alleviation acceleration program policy through the regional government's leading programs, especially maize commodity, in Bokat District, Buol Regency. It relied on a qualitative descriptive approach by revealing the phenomenon encountered by the farmers who received assistance in several villages, Bokat District. Data collection techniques involved interviews with several informants, continuous observations, and documents related to the poverty alleviation policy in Buol Regency. Further, data analysis was performed by data reduction and presentation, along with conclusion drawing. The results show that the policy has been implemented according to the predetermined stages through Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2015, including community outreach, business capital strengthening, empowerment, monitoring, and evaluation. However, it is found out that the policy is yet to be optimal. The community outreach conducted by the government has not been effective since only a few people took part. This stage also provides business capital strengthening by giving them processing fees, seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides. Still, both stages are only carried out in the first year at each location where the poverty alleviation acceleration program is promoted. In addition, an empowerment program that can support the development of maize commodity as the regional government's leading program has not been executed. Monitoring and evaluation of such a policy have not been entirely performed, impacting different levels of success each village reaches. On this ground, the poverty alleviation acceleration program policy needs to be re-evaluated to also detect any problems in the area, increase people's income, and bring success to the policy implementation.
This study aims to determine and analyze the strategy of Gorontalo Police Service in improving community vaccination discipline in the Covid-19 pandemic era. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the strategy of Gorontalo Police Service was running well through the Determination of Service Standards, Information and Openness, Preference and Counseling, Leading Personnel Practices, Effective Complaints Unit, Use of Information and Communication Technology. The strategy of Gorontalo Police Service has been able to improve community vaccination discipline in the Covid-19 pandemic era, but daily achievements have not met the expected target. Constraints faced 1) Limited human resources, 2) Lack of mobilization facilities, 3) Lack of public awareness for vaccination. It is recommended that the Gorontalo Police Resources Department carry out technical guidance on an ongoing basis for the management and administration of Covid-19 vaccination services in Gorontalo Regency. People who have received vaccinations are expected to remain disciplined in maintaining the 5M health protocol, washing hands, wearing masks, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds and limiting mobility. People who have not received vaccinations are expected with self-awareness to immediately go to referral places to get vaccination services
Permasalahan berantai yang sangat mengganjal pada masa pandemic Corona 19 adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan/keterampilan dan teknologi yang bisa diakses dalam hal teknologi pengolahan berbagai produk tanaman menjadi makanan ringan atau cemilan. pengemasan, pelabelan juga mutu dan hiegine, sehingga belum mampu menembus segmen pasar, ini sangat mempengaruhi ekonomi masyarakat. Permintaan konsumen dapat terpenuhi apabila tingkat produksi tetap kontinyu dan mutu olahan dapat terjaga. Aspek inilah yang masih menjadi permasalahan mendasar oleh kelompok masyarakat tentang teknologi pengembangan produk tanaman jagung atau tumbuhan lainnya. Penyelesaian permasalahan ini dapat ditempuh antara lain melalui pengembangan keterampilan dan manajemen usaha bagi masyarakat yang tergabung pada kelompok Dasawisma di Desa Bulontio Barat Kecamatan Sumalata Timur Gorontalo Utara dalam meningkatkan ekonomi kelompok masyarakat dengan memberikan pendampingan pemberdayaan ilmu dan teknologi tentang pengembangan produk tanaman jagung dan tanaman lainnya supaya lebih baik dan menghasilkan banyak pilihan produk. Berangkat dari permasalahan mitra, maka melalui program pengabdian masyarakat, bersama-sama dengan mahasiswa telah melaksanakan program KKN Tematik dalam bentuk pendampingan, penyuluhan dan pelatihan melalui peningkatan manajemen usaha bagi masyarakat/kelompok Dasawisma di Bulontio Barat Kecamatan Sumalata Timur Gorontalo Utara. Demikian halnya Proses pembelajaran dan pemberdayaan yang diperankan oleh mahasiswa dengan menggunakan metode pendampingan.
The lack of interest in reading nowadays is one of the factors in the decline of the nation's regeneration that loves literacy. The Education Village Library Group of Kuajang Village, Binuang District is one of the literacy movements established in Kuajang Village. This library is part of a project of teenagers and hamlet residents to build a literacy village to feel the equal distribution of education without having to abandon the value of local wisdom. In addition, it also aims to increase public interest in reading through the development of an appropriate technology as a solution, namely the digital library. The method of implementation is in accordance with the planning stages that have been prepared, namely the stages of activities that begin with the coordination and analysis of needs (Phase I), digital library application design (Phase II), application integration in the framework model (Phase III), and the use of systems in the field (Stage IV). The results show that the application development uses the OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) model that can facilitate the user in the process of searching for books and the initial display of the digital library system in the form of a catalog. To optimize the use and utilization of this application, training is carried out to users and managers of the Education Village Library Group. In addition, periodic monitoring and assistance will be carried out to ensure the use of this system can be operated and the benefits are felt by the community
