Abstract-The initial criteria for evaluating a researcher's output is the number of papers published. Furthermore, for the measurement of author's research quality, the number of citations is significant. Typically, citations are directly linked with the visibility of a research paper. Many researches had shown that the visibility of a research paper can be improved further by using the search engine optimization techniques. In addition, some research already proved that the visibility of an article could improve the citation results. In this article, we analysed the impact of search engine optimization techniques that can improve the visibility of a research paper. Furthermore, this paper also proposing some strategies that can help and making the research publication visible to a large number of users.

The different researcher used ABC algorithm for improvement in load balancing. This survey paper is a comprehensive study about load balancing in cloud computing using the ABC algorithm. Cloud computing is new technology that has considerably changed human life at different aspect over the last decade. Especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, almost all life activity shifted into cloud base. Cloud computing is a utility where different hardware and software resources are accessed on pay per user ground base. Most of these resources are available in virtualized form and virtual machine (VM) is one of the main elements of visualization.VM used in data center for distribution of resource and application according to benefactor demand. Cloud data center faces different issue in respect of performance and efficiency for improvement of these issues different approaches are used. Virtual machine play important role for improvement of data center performance therefore different approach are used for improvement of virtual machine efficiency (i-e) load balancing of resource and task. For the improvement of this section different parameter of VM improve like makespan, quality of service, energy, data accuracy and network utilization. Improvement of different parameter in VM directly improve the performance of cloud computing. Therefore, we conducting this review paper that we can discuss about various improvements that took place in VM from 2015 to 20,201. This review paper also contain information about various parameter of cloud computing and final section of paper present the role of machine learning algorithm in VM as well load balancing approach along with the future direction of VM in cloud data center.
The CRISPR-Cas9 has revolutionized the field of molecular biology, medical genetics and medicine. The technology is robust, facile and simple to achieve genome targeting in cells and organisms. However, to propagate these nucleases for therapeutic application, the on-target specificity is of paramount importance. Although the binding and cleavage of off-target sites by Cas9 is issue of concern, however the specificity of CRISPR technology is greatly improved in current research employing the use of engineer nucleases, improved gRNA selection, novel Cas9 orhtologs and the advancement in methods to detect and screen off-target sites and its effects. Here we summarize the advances in this state-of-the-art technology that will equip the genome editing tools to be applied in clinical research. The researcher should optimize these methods with emphasize to achieve perfection in the specificity.
Abstract-The increasing of energy cost and also environmental concern on green computing gaining more and more attention. Power and energy are a primary concern in the design and implementing green computing. Green is of the main step to make the computing world friendly with the environment. In this paper, an analysis on the comparison of green computer with other computing in E-learning environment had been done. The results show that green computing is friendly and less energy consuming. Therefore, this paper provides some suggestions in overcoming one of main challenging problems in environment problems which need to convert normally computing into green computing. In this paper also, we try to find out some specific area which consumes energy as compared to green computing in E -learning centre in Malaysia. The simulation results show that more than 30% of energy reduction by using green computing.
