One of the strategies to increase economic growth, Indonesia develops Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In the last 5 years, the number of macro-level enterprises has increased, in other hand the number of micro-level enterprise has declined. Surabaya City which is the second largest city in Indonesia has a good potential in increasing economic growth, especially in the sector of MSMEs. Data show that at the level of micro, small and medium enterprise tend to increase in Surabaya. The research question is how the collaborative model of Surabaya Government, Private and MSMEs Association in the MSMEs development at coastal area of Surabaya? This study used theory collaboration model from Agranoff-Mc Guire based on two dimensions of activity and strategy, which resulted in six combinations of collaboration model that are Jurisdiction Based Model, Abstinence Model, Top Down Model, Donor Recipient Model, Reactive Model and Contended Model. The research method used qualitative approach with action research type. Data analysis technique referred to Miles Huberman that were data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The preliminary conclusion in this research is that collaborative model of Surabaya Government, Private, and Association of UMKM is Jurisdiction-Based Model. All parties have a high interest in the development of MSMEs in the Coastal area of Surabaya.
Kinerja organisasi/perusahaan merupakan bahan penelitian yang akan selalu menarik untuk dibicarakan dalam dunia bisnis atau pengelolaan organisasi. Beberapa faktor dan variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan karakteristik individu, budaya organisasi organization citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan kinerja organisasi/perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif explanatori dengan menggunakan 35 responden karyawan dalam bidang jasa konsultasi keuangan di kota Surabaya. Analisis penelitian membuktikan bahwa ada hubungan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung antara karakteristik individu, budaya organisasi, organization citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan kinerja organisasi. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa hanya budaya organisasi dan organization citizenship behavior (OCB) yang memberikan hubungan secara langsung dan signifikan dengan kinerja organisasi, sedangkan karakteristik individu tidak memberikan korelasi secara langsung dengan kinerja organisasi.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between leadership and organizational culture and the performance of village officials at the same time, and to build a model of the relationship between leadership and organizational culture and the performance of Pesanggrahan village officials in Batu District, Batu City. The questionnaires were distributed to 30 employees of the Pesanggrahan Village office in Batu City as respondents. The research design is quantitative associative, with an explanation method that explains the relationship between leadership and organizational culture variables and employee performance. A survey of all respondents, namely village office employees, was used as the sampling technique. Multiple regression techniques are used to test hypotheses, and the model is determined using the correlation coefficient (r) and the coefficient of determination (R2). Statistical tests show that the value of t-count > t table for leadership is 5,533 > 2,042, demonstrating a direct relationship between leadership and employee performance. There is a correlation between organizational culture and the performance of village officials where the value of t count (3.830) > t table (2.042). While the F test (2.406 < 3.320) as a test interpretation between leadership and organizational culture with village officials' performance also demonstrates the results of an indirect relationship between the two independent variables and the dependent variable. 03< 0.05 and t-count = 5.533> 2.042. So we can conclude that H1 is accepted, implying that X1 and Y have a relationship. The t value is 3.830 > 2.042 and the second hypothesis testing calculation for the relationship between X2 and Y is 0.04< 0.05. So we can conclude that H2 is accepted, implying that X2 and Y have a relationship. Keywords: Leadership, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance.
Permasalahan pelaku usaha umumnya di Kota Probolinggo, khususnya dari komunitas peserta UMKM Permodalan Nasional Madani adalah belum memahami pengelolaan keuangan secara digital dan konsep digital marketing. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini adalah metode pelatihan sekaligus praktek menggunakan aplikasi yang dibutuhkan untuk pengelolaan keuangan secara digital dan juga pelatihan melakukan konsep digital marketing. Hasil pengabdian merupakan kepahaman akan pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan dan dimudahkannya pengelolaan keuangan secara digital serta peserta secara umum memiliki kemampuan menggunakan aplikasi pengelolaan keuangan secara digital. Hasil berikutnya sebetulnya kemampuan peserta dalam melakukan konsep digital marketing khususnya mendatangkan traffic ke akun media sosial dan akun marketplace mereka, serta membuat akun WA Bisnis untuk komunikasi dan membuat katalog produk.
