The problem of transparency in donation systems has long been a topic for discussion. However, the emphasis on transparency raises privacy concerns for donors and recipients, with some people attempting to hide donations or the receipt of money. Therefore, a donation system that guarantees transparency and privacy is required to avoid negative side effects. In this study, we developed a system that protects personal information by using a one-time account address system based on a blockchain while emphasizing transparency. The developed system could contribute to the creation of a sustainable and safe donation environment and culture.
As the sharing economic market grows, the number of users is also increasing but many problems arise in terms of reliability between providers and users in the processing of services. The existing methods provide shared economic systems that judge the reliability of the provider from the viewpoint of the user. In this paper, we have developed a system for establishing mutual trust between providers and users in a shared economic environment to solve existing problems. In order to implement a system that can measure and control users’ situation in a shared economic environment, we analyzed the necessary factors in a cyber physical system (CPS). In addition, a user measurement system based on a CPS structure in a sharing economic environment is implemented through analysis of the factors to consider when constructing a CPS.
In order to delivery of the correct information in IoT environment, it is important to deduce collected information according to a user's situation and to create a new information. In this paper, we propose a control access scheme of information through context-aware to protect sensitive information in IoT environment. It focuses on the access rights management to grant access in consideration of the user's situation, and constrains(access control policy) the access of the data stored in network of unauthorized users. To this end, after analysis of the existing research 'CP-ABE-based on context information access control scheme', then include dynamic conditions in the range of status information, finally we propose a access control policy reflecting the extended multi-dimensional context attribute. Proposed in this paper, access control policy considering the dynamic conditions is designed to suit for IoT sensor fusion environment. Therefore, comparing the existing studies, there are advantages it make a possible to ensure the variety and accuracy of data, and to extend the existing context properties.
In the era of the fourth Industrial Revolution, software has recently been applied in many fields. As the size and complexity of software increase, security attack problems continue to arise owing to potential software defects, resulting in significant social losses. To reduce software defects, a secure software development life cycle (SDLC) should be systematically developed and managed. In particular, a software weakness analyzer that uses a static analysis tool to check software weaknesses at the time of development is a very effective tool for solving software weaknesses. However, because numerous false alarms can be reported even when they are not real weaknesses, programmers and reviewers must review them, resulting in a decrease in the productivity of development. In this study, we present a system that uses the BERT model to determine the reliability of the weakness analysis results generated by the static analysis tool and to reduce false alarms by reclassifying the derived results into a decision tree model. Thus, it is possible to maintain the advantages of static analysis tools and increase productivity by reducing the cost of program development and the review process.
Driven by the development of information and communication technology (ICT) along with the social consciousness of civil societies, a cultural practice of donation using ICT resources is emerging. However, owing to problems with the trust and transparency of donation systems and public revelations of corruption on the part of some groups accepting donations, the donation participation rate is gradually decreasing. Because social welfare is considered a problem that cannot be solved only by the state, the operation of sound social welfare organizations that individuals can consistently trust and donate to is necessary. In this study, we propose a personal donation system designed to help ensure transparency in the operation of groups accepting donations and to encourage personal donations. To this end, we review the main factors in participant decisions to donate and make continuous donations. The proposed system and detailed module were designed based on a consortium blockchain and implemented by configuring the blockchain channel. We aim to provide a meaningful solution to important social problems using ICT and blockchain technology.
Purpose
– The purpose of this paper is a transcoding system based on a virtual machine in a cloud computing environment. There are many studies about transmitting realistic media through a network. As the size of realistic media data is very large, it is difficult to transmit them using current network bandwidth. Thus, a method of encoding by compressing the data using a new encoding technique is necessary. The next-generation encoding technique high-efficiency video coding (HEVC) can encode video at a high compressibility rate compared to the existing encoding techniques, MPEG-2 and H.264. Yet, encoding the information takes at least ten times longer than existing encoding techniques.
Design/methodology/approach
– This paper attempts to solve the tome problem using a virtual machine in a cloud computing environment.
Findings
– In addition, by calculating the transcoding time of the proposed technique, it found that the time was reduced compared to existing techniques.
Originality/value
– To this end, this paper proposed transcoding appropriate for the transmission of realistic media by dynamically allocating the resources of the virtual machine.
