Human resource planning should be the concern of every organization, one method that can be used in planning human resource needs is the health workload analysis method. The preliminary study results at Cihideung Health Center did not have officers with a medical record education background, and no person was in charge of reporting activities. The lack of officers in the storage department overwhelmed the officers and made medical record documents pile up in the storage room when the officers did not come to work. The purpose is to determine the need for medical record personnel at Cihideung Health Center, Tasikmalaya City, in 2021 with quantitative research methods and descriptive research designs. The sample in this study is primary data in the form of the average time of medical record service activities and secondary data on standard operating procedures, working day calendars, and the number of patient visits in 2018-2020 at Cihideung Health Center with a technique using purposive sampling. Based on the calculation results, in the registration section, it takes one officer; there are four officers. The storage section requires one officer; there is one officer. The reporting section requires one officer, and currently, no person is in charge of reporting activities. The research concludes that there are no officers with a medical record education background, so it is better for Cihideung Health Center to propose to the Health Office to recruit officers with a medical record education background.Keywords: puskesmas, medical record technician, health workload analysis AbstrakPerencanaan sumber daya manusia harus menjadi perhatian setiap organisasi, salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam perencanaan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia adalah metode analisis beban kerja kesehatan. Hasil studi pendahuluan di Puskesmas Cihideung belum ada petugas berlatar pendidikan rekam medis dan belum adanya penanggung jawab untuk kegiatan pelaporan. Selain itu, kurangnya petugas di bagian penyimpanan membuat petugas kewalahan dan membuat dokumen rekam medis menumpuk di ruang penyimpanan ketika petugas tidak masuk kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui kebutuhan tenaga rekam medis di Puskesmas Cihideung Kota Tasikmalaya Tahun 2021 menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif . Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu data primer berupa rata-rata waktu kegiatan pelayanan rekam medis dan data sekunder standar prosedur operasional, kalender hari kerja serta jumlah kunjungan pasien tahun 2018-2020 di Puskesmas Cihideung dengan teknik menggunakan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, di bagian pendaftaran dibutuhkan 1 orang petugas, petugas yang ada 4 orang. Bagian penyimpanan dibutuhkan 1 orang petugas, petugas yang ada 1 orang. Bagian pelaporan dibutuhkan petugas 1 orang dan saat ini belum ada penanggungjawab untuk kegiatan pelaporan. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian yaitu belum adanya petugas yang berlatar belakang pendidikan rekam medis, maka sebaiknya Puskesmas Cihideung mengusulkan kepada Dinas Kesehatan untuk perekrutan petugas yang berlatar pendidikan rekam medis.Kata Kunci: Puskesmas, Tenaga Rekam Medis, Analisis Beban Kerja Kesehatan
Dasar pengelompokan dalam INA-CBGs menggunakan system kodefikasi dari diagnosis akhir dan tindakan/prosedur yang menjadi output pelayanan, dengan acuan ICD-10 untuk diagnosis dan ICD-9-CM untuk tindakan/prosedur. Tarif Indonesian-Case Based Groups yang selanjutnya disebut Tarif INA-CBGs adalah besaran pembayaran klaim oleh BPJS Kesehatan kepada Fasilitas Kesehatan Rujukan Tingkat Lanjutan atas paket layanan yang didasarkan kepada pengelompokan diagnosis penyakit dan prosedur. Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Makassar masih terdapat kurang tepat dan tidak tepat pada pengkodean diagnosa dan tindakan medis yang berpengaruh pada tarif INA-CBGs tinggi sedang dan rendah. Pengaruh Ketepatan Pengkodean Diagnosa dan Tindakan Medis Pada Penyakit Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II Terhadap Tarif INA-CBG’s Unit Rawat Inap Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Makassar. Dalam penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif dimana peneliti mendapatkan gambaran dan keterangan-keterangan mengenai ketepatan pengkodean diagnosis dan tindakan medis pada penyakit diabetes mellitus tipe II terhadap tarif INA-CBG’s unit rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Makassar.. Sampel didapatkan 100 rekam medis pasien rawat inap penderita penyakit diabetes militus type II dibulan Januari 2017 - Juni 2017. Menggunakan uji parsial/uji t dan uji simultan/uji F. Dari hasil penelitian di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Makassar. Sulawesi selatan terlihat pada tabel 4.1.1 ketepatan pengkodean diagnosa dan tabel 4.1.2 ketepatan tindakan medis masih terdapat pengkodean kurang tepat dan tidak tepat dalam memberikan kode. terdapat tarif yang dikategorikan tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat adanya Pengaruh ketepatan pengkodean diagnosa dan tindakan medis terhadap tarif INA-CBGs. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, terdapat variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap tarif INA-CBG’s adalah ketepatan tindakan medis.
Effective communication between health professionals is the main key in the implementation of interprofessional collaboration, so hospitals must have solutions that communication is not interrupted on one side. To facilitate the communication process in monitoring the patient's medical history, every care professional is required to make a medical record. This study uses a Literature Review design with the PICO Framework. Search articles using the Google Scholar database, Garua Referral Digital (Garuda), and Proquest using keywords such as medical records, interprofessional collaboration, effective communication, and keywords with synonyms for the main keywords. The inclusion criteria are articles related to the role of medical records in the implementation of interprofessional collaboration, methods used to improve effective communication in the implementation of interprofessional collaboration, factors that affect communication in the implementation of interprofessional collaboration, articles in Indonesian and English, and published in 2015-2020. The exclusion criteria are criteria that do not want to be raised, among others, a review of direct verbal communication between professions, a review of interprofessional readiness in collaborating. The results of the study found medical records as effective communication can integrate or compile patient health service data in a comprehensive manner as a source of information for health professionals when making a health decision and actions to patients next. The conclusion is the form of medical records that describes collaboration between health professionals is an Integrated Progress Patient Note or CPPT.Keywords: medical records, interprofessional collaboration, effective communicationAbstrakKomunikasi efektif diantara para profesional kesehatan merupakan kunci utama dalam pelaksanaan kolaborasi interprofesional sehingga rumah sakit wajib memiliki solusi agar komunikasi tidak terputus di satu pihak. Untuk mempermudah proses komunikasi dalam memantau riwayat kesehatan pasien, setiap profesional pemberi asuhan diwajibkan untuk membuat rekam medis. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Literature Review dengan Framework PICO. Pencarian artikel menggunakan database Google scholar, Garua Rujukan Digital (Garuda) dan Proquest dengan menggunakan kata kunci seperti rekam medis, kolaborasi interprofesi, komunikasi efeketif serta kata kunci dengan sinonim dari kata kunci utama. Kriteria inklusi yaitu artikel yang berkaitan dengan peran rekam medis pada pelaksanaan kolaborasi interprofesional, metode yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan komunikasi yang efektif pada pelaksanaan kolaborasi interprofesional, faktor yang mempengaruhi komunikasi pada pelaksanaan kolaborasi interprofesional, artikel berbahasa indonesia dan inggris dan terpublikasi pada tahun 2015-2020. Adapun kriteria eksklusi yaitu kriteria yang tidak ingin diangkat antara lain tinjauan komunikasi verbal langsung antar profesi, tinjauan kesiapan interprofessional dalam berkolaborasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan Rekam medis sebagai media komunikasi efektif yang dapat mengintegrasikan atau menyatukan data pelayanan kesehatan pasien secara komprehensif sebagai sumber informasi bagi profesional pemberi asuhan sehingga dapat memudahkan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan tindakan yang dilakukan berikutnya terhadap pasien. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah lembar rekam medis yang menggambarkan kolaborasi antara para profesional kesehatan yakni pada lembar catatan perkembangan terintegrasi atau CPPT.Kata Kunci: rekam medis, kolaborasi interprofesional, komunikasi efektif
This study analyzes the information system at the Hajj Regional General Hospital of Makassar as a service that is needed for both professional health workers and the served community. The information is about service achievement targets, managerial strategic planning, efficiency and effectiveness of health services.This study aims to obtain information service data that will be utilized by a Management Information System (MIS) which includes computerization needs, information personnel, usage of computers and information system support. The research design is a descriptive survey which was conducted from July to August 2019 and data collection was performed by using questionnaires, observation and document review. The results of the study from 50 respondents showed that 29 respondents (58%) filled in basic data as service data information was very high and very complete (79.87%.) Application of the hospital MIS based on the need for computerization and MIS personnel is very high, which are 88.87% and 89.96%. MIS has a great position and is more important in the hospital business industry due to service information is an indication of health service standards. Hospital MIS is an information system that performs all transaction management therefore information management has results in decision making by providing an indicator for the appearance of health services.One of its functions is to handle the recording of service costs, both for action and medication starting from outpatient care until the patient is discharged from the hospital. This research focuses on inpatient service data information that will be used as MIS, which includes computerization needs, information personnel, and the usage of computers and supporting information systems. Our study revealed that the application of MIS at Hajj Regional General Hospital of Makassar must be supported by the media of communication devices, application programs and human resources who have the profession in information systems and advice, the leadership and administrators that will improve the efforts of MIS which can be handled professionally to create an orderly administration, management and advance the quality of health services.
