PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jakarta Raya terus melakukan peningkatan pelayanan kepada pelanggan dengan melakukan pemasangan baru sesuai dengan waktu yang ditargetkan. Kecepatan pemasangan adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pelayanan dan persepsi pelanggan terhadap perusahaan. PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jakarta Raya melayani penyambungan listrik Tegangan Rendah (TR) dan Tegangan Menengah (TM). Berdasarkan identifikasi yang dilakukan ditemukan adanya kendala yang dialami perusahaan sehingga menyebabkan pekerjaan penyambungan menjadi lama. Hal ini ditemukan pada layanan Tegangan Menengah pola 100 hari yang dibutuhkan diatas target 100 hari. Lamanya proses pelayanan mengalami kendala dari sisi eksternal maupun internal perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya analisa mendalam dengan metode tertentu agar perusahaan dapat mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan ditahun berikutnya. Penelitian ini meneliti atribut reliability dan responsivness menggunakan metrik Perfect Order Fullfilment (POF) dan Order Fulfilment Cycle Time (OFCT). Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa faktor perizinan dan ketidaksiapan pelanggan menjadi alasan utama keterlambatan pemasangan listrik Tegangan Menengah pola 100 hari.
DEET is a complex compound that is used as an active ingredient in the manufacture of insect repellent products. PT Z is one of the sub-contracting companies that manufacture mosquito coils from PT XYZ with product X. PT Z received complaints from PT XYZ claiming that DEET levels in a tested batch were below the specified specifications. PT Z needs to conduct an internal assessment and investigation to find the cause of the release of DEET levels from the specification range. The research was carried out with a Deming cycle, namely the sub-stage PDCA method. Based on the results of the investigation, the decrease in DEET levels is caused by the inhomogeneity of DEET in the product because the mixing process is only done in 5 minutes, so it is necessary to optimize the mixing time. Both parties have agreed on corrective and preventive actions in the form of a revalidation process by determining the best mixing time, which is 20 minutes, which produces a DEET level of 32.58%. Validation is carried out for three consecutive batches with all batches showing DEET results that meet the specified product specifications.
Many big cities in Indonesia are facing the problem of municipal solid waste (MSW) disposal. PLTSa Merah Putih, a waste-to-energy incineration pilot plant, was built as an alternative solution to reduce waste. This study aims to evaluate the performance of PLTSa Merah Putih Bantargebang in reducing volume of waste. During the first semester of 2021, the pilot plant has been running for 174 days and a total of 5647.1 ton of waste was burned generating around 1000 ton of ash. Based on the feeding waste and generated ash, the pilot plant can reduce over 79% of waste, even with high moisture content. The furnace and grate temperature can be maintained at 800°C and 1000°C, respectively, to minimize harmful gases generation. This study showed that the waste reduction of PLTSa was comparable with the performance of other waste-to-energy pilot plants, which is in the range of 70-90%.
Ambient air quality monitoring at waste-to-energy incineration pilot plant PLTSa Bantargebang is performed using a mobile monitoring station. The mobile monitoring station is equipped with meteorological and emission (CO, O3, NO2, PM10, PM2.5, and SO2) measurement. The monitoring was performed for 24 hour with 1 minute intervals. The emission measurement data was analyzed using Indonesian Air pollution standard index regulation (PermenLHK P.14/2020). The CO, O3, NO2, PM10, and SO2 index were in good category (1-50), while the PM2.5 index was classified as moderate (65.992). The results show that the air quality at PLTSa Bantargebang is still acceptable for human health.
