Kawasan Banten Lama Kota Serang merupakan suatu kawasan cagar budaya di kompleks peninggalan Kesultanan Banten terdiri atas berbagai macam peninggalan sejarah yang menjadi daya tarik wisata tersendiri bagi wisatawan. Maka berdasarkan tujuan destinasi wisata pemerintah daerah melakukan pengembangan Pariwisata Banten Lama dan lingkungan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini di lakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pengembangan pariwisata Banten Lama Kota Serang sebagai daerah tujuan wisata. Teori yang di gunakan adalah analisis Edward III (Nawawi, 2009:138). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Miles & Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Kebijakan Pengembangan Pariwisata Daerah Banten Lama Kota Serang masih belum optimal dan pelaksanaan yang tepat untuk diterapkan dalam Pengembangan pariwisata Banten Lama yaitu di butuhkan keberanian dan komitmen dari Kepala Daerah dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan pengembangan pariwisata Banten Lama, organisasi Perangkat daerah (OPD) dalam pengembangan pariwisata daerah agar menurunkan ego sektoral supaya koordinasi dan komunikasi berjalan efektif, menyelesaikan pembangunan kawasan penunjang wisata (KPW) sehingga dapat difungsikan untuk penataan pedagang dan pusat parkir wisatawan, sinkronisasi dan sinergi antar kelembagaan kepariwisataan dalam menjalankan kebijakan penataan pariwisata Banten Lama dengan mengarahkan kunjungan wisatawan ke kawasan penunjang wisata dan para pemangku kepentingan harus duduk bersama dalam rencana Pembentukan kelembagaan pengelolaan pariwisata Banten Lama.
Transformation is a process that can not be avoided when the condition of the organization gets worse in all aspects. PT. Kereta Api Indonesia prior to 2009 experienced worsening conditions in almost every aspect. Impaired employee performance, service performance associated with delayed arrivals and arriving trains, dirty station conditions, adventurous condition of coaches and loco, brokering systems and corporate assets. Therefore, restructuring steps are done by PT. KAI by doing organizational transformation. The most important process in transformation is to change the employee's mind set or Reframing. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the reframing process is run by PT. KAI. This research is qualitative research with descriptive method. The primary data source of this research is the leadership of PT. KAI and train passengers. The theory used as a knife analysis in this study is the theory of Goulliart and Kelly (1994) where Reframing is one of the important parts in the transformation, consisting of 3 chromosomes, which get mobilization, create vision, and make measurement instruments. Reframing is done by changing the orientation of the company from orientation to production to service orientation. To mobilize subordinates to change their orientation, socialization, reward and punishment, more leadership style changes in leading by example. Creating a new vision is done by changing the vision and mission, organizational culture, work values and organizational logos. Meanwhile, to measure that the transformation has indicated a condition improvement, a measurement instrument was developed. Measurement instruments are designed to measure overall organizational performance and service performance. The results show that the reframing is well executed, although at the beginning there are many oppositions, but with a firm leadership and willing to go down the field little by little employees who oppose the transformation began to follow the path of transformation.
The focus of this research is the effectiveness of the Village Health Post Program (POSKESDES) in Warungceuri Village, Nyangkowek Village, Cicurug District, Sukabumi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Village Health Post Program (POSKESDES) in Warungceuri Village, Nyangkowek Village, Cicurug District, Sukabumi Regency. The theory used is the theory of effectiveness according to Sutrisno and Budiani with indicators of effectiveness, namely understanding the program, being on target, being on time for the amount of program achieved, the real change being, program socialization, and the program. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study is the community of Nyangkowek Village who are users of the POSKESDES program with a total sample of 184 people. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out through statistical testing of SPSS version 24. The results obtained in this study were 75% and included in the effective category. Suggestions in this study are to further improve the socialization program, supervise program implementation, implement new cadres and involve the community directly and carry out skills training in implementing programs for old cadres and prospective cadres.
The most important environmental problem to be solved immediately is the waste problem. This problem is almost every region that experiences it. Likewise, what happened in Margagiri Village, Bojonegara District, Serang Regency. The problem of this research is the efforts made by the margagiri village government to increase community participation in waste management. then find out how the level of community participation in waste management and the Factors Affecting the Community in waste management in Margagiri Village. The research method used by researchers in this study uses field research in the form of qualitative research that has non-statistical properties. In this research procedure, it will later produce descriptive data in thfe form of oral speech and observable behavior from the people (subjects) themselves. The results of the research on waste management in Margagiri Village have not been maximized. There are still obstacles from the Margagiri Village government.Keywords: Implementation Policy, Waste Management, Waste Problem.
