The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the learning package in increasing the housewives’ knowledge about the marketing of chilli processed products. R&D is chosen by involving 100 housewives in Tangsi Jaya village, Gununghalu district, West Bandung regency as a randomly selected sample. There are two groups that have been determined, one group housewives who have read the learning package (treatment) and one other group housewives who do not read the learning package (control). Housewife’s knowledge is tested by developing multiple choice tests (33 items and only 28 items are valid with a reliability of 0.960). Data are analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-tests to verify product differences and effectiveness. The results shows that there is an increase in effective and significant knowledge of housewives after they read the learning package of marketing of chilli processed products. Therefore, despite their status as housewives, they have a serious interest in reading and understanding the learning package as a product. Developing of Learning Package of Marketing of Chili Processed Products is very necessary to support the knowledge of housewives in entrepreneurship in order to increase family income.
The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive picture of the importance of continuous supervision in the context of optimizing teacher pedagogic competence. In this study, a mixed method was used. This research is also known as population research, because all the teachers on duty at SMP Negeri 2 Cengal, namely 28 people, are the research sample. To obtain accurate data, the instruments are arranged according to indicators of pedagogical competence, namely understanding of students, design & implementation of learning, development of students and evaluation of student learning outcomes. Data analysis was carried out according to this research method, there was a qualitative and quantitative analysis with the stages of data reduction analysis, data display which was then verified so that it became a research conclusion. According to the findings of this study, at least there has been an increase in teacher competence as a result of continuous supervision. This research is unique in that it is tested continuously for several periods of supervision, not just once to determine the effect of the implementation of supervision on teacher performance and competence. The final average obtained in each supervision related to the teacher's pedagogic competence is 77.05; 77.75 and 78.8. Of course, these results can help strengthen policies that regulate the implementation of supervision in every educational institution.
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan apakah pelatihan dalam mengelola produk bercabang cabai dapat meningkatkan peran ibu rumah tangga dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. R & D telah dipilih melibatkan 80 ibu rumah tangga di desa Tangsi Jaya - kecamatan Gunung Halu sebagai sampel yang dipilih secara acak. Ada dua kelompok yang telah ditentukan, satu kelompok adalah sekelompok ibu rumah tangga yang telah mengikuti pelatihan dan kelompok ibu rumah tangga lainnya sebagai kelompok kontrol. Penghasilan ibu rumah tangga telah diuji dengan mengembangkan tes benar-salah (30 item dan hanya 28 item yang valid dengan keandalan 0,92). Data telah dianalisis dengan menerapkan statistik deskriptif dan t-tes untuk memverifikasi perbedaan dan keefektifan produk. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan yang efektif dan signifikan dalam pendapatan rumah ibu setelah mereka menghadiri pelatihan. Jadi di masa depan, meskipun status mereka sebagai ibu rumah tangga, mereka memiliki minat serius untuk berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan. Ini adalah salah satu cara untuk mengubah peran ibu rumah tangga dan mengharapkan perubahan dalam sikap mereka terhadap pelatihan. Pada akhirnya, mereka akan lebih positif dalam meningkatkan penghasilan mereka.
