This research uses qualitative descriptive method, using framing analysis and Agenda Setting Theory to investigate how far mass media describe the image of women as perpetrators of children violation. Perfect women are often Stereotipd as multi-tasking figure, gentle, wise, compassionate, patient and forgiving. Researchers would like to describe women's portrayals in different gender spaces from several online media. The results shows that inferiority stigma and domestic role were still strongly attached to measure the perfection of women. With the power of constructing reality and shaping public opinion, the media has not yet fully embraced the principles of empathetic journalism. Guidelines for the publication and strengthening of state guarantees against the elimination of women discrimination in the media are an alternative solution to enhance the role of the media so that gender equality issues are understandable to the public.
