This study examines how the Theory of Planned Behavior and perceived risk can affect the intention to switch users of free versions of freemium online applications and games to use paid versions of freemium online applications and games. Data was collected using an online questionnaire which was distributed to 226 students at several universities in Indonesia. This study was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Amos. The results showed that attitude proved to have a positive effect on intention. Subjective norms proved to have a positive effect on perceived behavioral control and attitudes. Perceived behavioral control has a positive effect on attitudes and intentions. Subjective norms were not shown to have a negative effect on intentions. Perceived performance risk does not affect attitudes and intentions to use freemium paid versions of online applications and games.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and Work-Family Conflict on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of teachers under the auspices of the Islamic Education Welfare Foundation, Susukan, Cirebon Regency which consists of kindergarten, elementary, junior high, MTs, MA, SMA and SMK. This study uses a survey method using path analysis techniques including: model analysis, hypothesis testing and determining the level of influence. The process of collecting data for teachers of the Islamic Education Welfare Foundation, Susukan, Cirebon Regency used a questionnaire as a research instrument which was distributed to the entire population with the following criteria: 1) Married teachers, 2) Teachers who already had children. With these criteria, 107 samples were collected. Based on the data analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that first, Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, secondly, Work-Family Conflict has a positive but not significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
Batik is a traditional cloth of Indonesia made by writing or waxing it on the cloth. Information related to batik products will be very crucial because this product has been acknowledged as World cultural heritage by UNESCO. This study aims to examine the influence of culture and motivation on the practice of sharing knowledge about batik. The object of this research was Batik artisans and entrepreneurs in Yogyakarta. The number of samples used was 237 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed by statistical testing using the SEM test with the AMOS program. The results showed that organizational culture positively influences the practice of sharing knowledge. Furthermore, organizational culture has a positive role in motivating batik artisans and entrepreneurs. The following finding is that intrinsic motivation influences someone to share knowledge, while extrinsic motivation does not influence batik artisans and entrepreneurs to carry out knowledge-sharing activities.
This paper aims to gather empirical evidence regarding the effect of trust, benevolence, and self-efficacy for knowledge sharing on knowledge sharing. Additionally, the study seeks empirical evidence regarding the influence of knowledge sharing on students' academic achievement. The research population consists of currently enrolled students from private universities in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. There are 223 respondents in the sample. Non-probability sampling is employed in this study. The data collection technique was carried out utilizing the Structural Equation Model-WarpPLS. According to the hypothesis test, the variables trust, altruism, and knowledge sharing self-efficacy all positively affect knowledge sharing sharing. The obtained results imply that knowledge sharing has a beneficial effect on students' academic achievement. The study has consequences for both theory and practice. Additionally, the paper makes research recommendations.
This study aims to examine the effect of work environment and self-efficacy on employee performance. The object of this research is a historical and tourism site in the Semarang City, namely the Sam Poo Kong Temple and Lawang Sewu. The research was conducted in quantitative method by distributing questionnaire to the employee in the both locations. The sampling method that purposive sampling technique with the criteria of respondents are employee has been working for at least one year. Based on the data collection, a sample of 107 employees was obtained to be analyzed. The data were analyzed using regression analysis method. The results of the study strengthen the findings of previous studies that work environment and self-efficacy have a positive effect on employee performance.
