Slotted B shaped Rectangular microstrip patch antenna has been proposed. With the help of CST software, the design parameters and results for a B-slotted rectangular microstrip patch antenna is explained and the results obtained from the simulations are demonstrated. The proposed antenna has been designed using FR4 as substrate having dielectric constant of 4.4 sandwiched in between the patch and ground plane made up of copper. The power from coaxial connector is fed to the B-shaped antenna via microstrip feed line and impedance of the antenna is matched. It has observed that antenna slotted antenna is resonate at frequency 6.4 GHz. Proposed antenna has return loss -39.7 dB at resonant frequency of 6.4GHz. The gain of the proposed antenna is 10dB. For the proposed antenna the VSWR is 1.03. The microstrip patch design is achieved by using microstrip line feed technique. This patch is studied because they offer high bandwidth and gain. The gain enhancement has been achieved by suitable cutting slots in the rectangular patch using suitable feeding technique. The electromagnetic simulation of the proposed antenna has been carried out using CST software. The analysis of performance will be based on changing the geometry of the patch and the obtained results are gain, VSWR, antenna efficiency and radiation pattern.
In this article author designs a new and compact patch antenna with the dimensions 40x21x1 mm3 on substrate called FR4 with a dielectric constant of 4.4, sandwiched between a patch and a copper ground plane. Microstrip feedline is used to link the Moon-shaped antenna to the coaxial cable connection and the antenna's impedance is matched. slotted antenna has been found to resonate between the frequency bands of 23.67-24.82 GHz,25.46 -26.44GHz and 26.77-27.92 GHz at resonant frequency of 24.32 GHz ,25.91GHz and 27.36 GHz respectively. at all the resonant frequencies of 24.32 GHz ,25.91GHz and 27.36 GHz, VSWR of the proposed antenna is same with the value 1.06 dB. Microstrip feeding technique is used to create this microstrip patch design. This patch is being researched because it has a low VSWR at all the three resonant frequencies with high bandwidth. This design is suitable for triple band operations for wireless communication in the range of 5G frequency bands. By adopting an appropriate feeding mechanism and use of proper cutting slots in the rectangular patch, frequency band width can be increased. The electromagnetic simulation of the proposed antenna has been done using CST software. The analysis of performance will be based on changing the geometry of the patch and the obtained results are gain, VSWR, antenna efficiency and radiation pattern. After parametric analysis it is observed that this design is perfectly suitable for 5G wireless applications. KEYWORDS: Moon shape, Patch antenna, gain, 5G.
This article brings together critical perspectives on a broad range of issues that emerge from a reading of the National Policy on Education 2016. The issues vary from accountability to transdisciplinarity and from the marginalization of transgender people to value education. Such a complex task of critiquing this policy document cannot be accomplished by an individual alone. This task must be borne by a team of scholars with training in diverse fields. Working in a team however generates divergences as well as convergences. Yet no attempt has been made to iron out the creases emanating from differences in opinions, nor persist with the search for an underlying singularity, nor enforce a consensus. Such is the uncertain nature of the task of reforming higher education.
Most of the business theories and models were developed and examined in western culture. So, they give their best result in western culture but their applicability in Indian culture has a matter of inquiry. India has a very different value system from other western countries. So, establishment of cultural validity of western business theories and establishment of indigenous business theories are much needed in present scenario. Present paper aimed to recognize the significance of ancient Indian literature in modern business management. For the same purpose Bhagvad Gita (one of the oldest Indian text) was chosen for this study. Bhagvad Gita is one of the epic literatures of India and has such a vast content in itself. That is why many researchers have studies Bhagvad Gita in different contexts like management, educational philosophies, art of living, personality development and many more. Present paper explored the significance of the knowledge of Bhagvad Gita in business management. Hermeneutics method has been used to analyze the content of Bhagvad Gita. Preliminary analysis showed that Bhagvad Gita has many important lessons for management. Lessons like incorporating self into work and Karma yoga (attitude towards work) was discussed in detail. This paper mainly focused on establishing the significance of Indian literature in management rather empirically examines the role of these lessons at workplace.
