Abstrak Kegagalan pemberian ASI eksklusif akibat kurangnya kepercayaan diri ibu lebih banyak diakibatkan kurangnya support system yang diterima sehingga berdampak pada ketidakcukupan ASI dan kegegalan ASI eksklusif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasy Experiment (eksperimen semu) dengan desain Pretest-Posttest with Control Group. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu menyusui dengan bayi usia 0-6 bulan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 40 responden. Analisa data menggunakan uji Paired Sample t-Test dan uji Mann Whitney. Hasil dari penelitian bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan model Family Centered Care terhadap self efficacy ibu menyusui dalam keberhasilan pemberian ASI Eksklusif (nilai Asymp. Sig.(2-tailed)<0,05. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan adalah penerapan model family centered care berpengaruh terhadap self efficacy dalam keberhasilan ibu menyusui ASI Eksklusif.Kata Kunci : family centered care, ASI Ekseklusif, self efficacyAbstract which has an effect on breastfeeding insufficiency and failure. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the Family Centered Care model on self-efficacy and the role of the family in supporting the success of exclusive breastfeeding for breastfeeding mothers. The design of this study is a Pretest-Posttest with Control Group Quasy Experiment (quasi-experimental). sampling with the saturated sample method. There were 40 breastfeeding women who had children between the ages of 0 and 6 months and who were at home with families other than their husbands. Mann Whitney and Paired Sample t-Tests are used to analyze research data. According to the study's findings, the Family Centered Care model implementation had an impact on breastfeeding mothers' confidence in their ability to successfully nurse their babies exclusively (value Asymp. Sig.(2-tailed) < 0.05). The finding is that the use of the family-centered care model affects moms who exclusively breastfeed in terms of self-efficacy.Keywords: family centered care, exclusive breastfeeding, self efficacy
