Contexte : Les formations interprofessionnelles en santé utilisant la méthode de la simulation sont actuellement en plein développement. Objectif : Évaluer le ressenti de l’influence sur les pratiques professionnelles d’étudiants infirmiers et d’internes de médecine générale concernant de telles formations. Méthodes : Cette étude qualitative par focus groupes a été réalisée six mois après une formation proposée par l’institut de formation en soins infirmiers et le département de médecine générale de Rennes en mars 2015. Résultats : L’analyse du verbatim a permis de souligner de nombreux apprentissages sur le plan de la collaboration interprofessionnelle. Il a été noté un changement des représentations professionnelles permettant une meilleure communication et un échange de compétences efficace aboutissant à un renforcement de l’identité professionnelle de chacun et une projection vers un statut de professionnel de santé. Conclusion : Cette expérience unique et novatrice reste donc à développer pour en majorer l’impact sur les pratiques professionnelles.
