Objetivo: construir uma literatura de cordel para apoiar mães com filhos internados em unidade neonatal durante a pandemia de covid-19.Método: pesquisa metodológica realizada em junho de 2020 em duas etapas: 1. Levantamento bibliográfico, com buscas no Portal de Boas Práticas em Saúde da Mulher, da Criança e do Adolescente da Fiocruz e em bases de dados internacionais. Foi utilizado instrumento para análise dos dados; 2. Elaboração do cordel: elaboração textual e confecção das estrofes.Resultados: o cordel construído, “Pequeno Milagre de Mainha”, é constituído por 13 septilhas (estrofes com sete versos) e aborda em seu conteúdo as emoções de mães com filhos internados em unidade neonatal durante a pandemia covid-19.Conclusão: o cordel visa ser um apoio às instituições de saúde que dispõem de Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal no que concerne à saúde mental das mães e orientações durante a pandemia de covid-19.
Objetivo: avaliar a efetividade de atividade educativa on-line sobre aleitamento materno (AM) para conhecimento cognitivo de agentes comunitários de saúde (ACS). Métodos: estudo quase-experimental, realizado com agentes comunitários de saúde. Aplicou-se, previamente, teste do conhecimento sobre aleitamento materno. Em seguida, os participantes foram submetidos à atividade educativa on-line teórica e prática. Posteriormente, foi aplicado o pós-teste. Resultados: a amostra foi constituída por 53 profissionais. A atividade se mostrou efetiva, pois foi capaz de melhorar o conhecimento cognitivo dos profissionais sobre o aleitamento materno. Houve estatística significativa nas variáveis sobre fisiologia (p<0,001) e benefícios da amamentação (p<0,003), posição para amamentar (p<0,002), intervalos entre as mamadas (p<0,001), intercorrências mamárias (p<0,001) e conservação do leite (p<0,005). Conclusão: a estratégia educativa on-line obteve efetividade na melhora do conhecimento cognitivo dos ACS sobre AM em todos os aspectos abordados. Destacam-se evidências estatísticas referentes à diferença entre o conhecimento cognitivo prévio e o conhecimento posterior à atividade educativa on-line nas variáveis sobre fisiologia e benefícios da amamentação, técnica de amamentação, intervalos entre as mamadas, intercorrências mamárias e conservação do leite.
O objetivo deste estudo foi construir um folder educativo para conscientização da doação de leite durante a pandemia de Covid-19. Pesquisa metodológica que envolveu as etapas: levantamento bibliográfico e a elaboração do material educativo, os quais foram realizados no mês junho de 2020. Foi feito uma busca na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde da Rede Global de Bancos de Leite Humano e no Portal de Boas Práticas em Saúde da Mulher, da Criança e do Adolescente da Fiocruz. Realizou-se uma revisão integrativa na qual foi abordada a situação das doações de leite humano no contexto da Covid-19 e as recomendações estabelecidas. O folder intitulado “Doar para Ajudar”, foi construído no programa CANVA, sendo utilizado tons neutros com uma linguagem simples e ilustrações representativas. O folder ajudará na conscientização da doação de leite materno durante a pandemia de Covid-19, sendo este o primeiro material com esse enfoque específico.
