Background: Mechanical ventilation is very important for the world of critical care. However, the use of mechanical ventilation also affected respiratory muscle weakness. Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify the implementation of Inspiratory muscle training for weaning mechanical ventilation in patients with mechanical ventilation in the Intensive Care Unit. Design: A systematic literature review study design was used. Data Sources: The databases used are CINAHL, PubMed, MEDLINE, Sage Journal, and ScienceDirect. Review Methods: Articles published from 2009-2020 with the type of randomized research-controlled trial (RCT) in English. The keywords "Inspiratory Muscle Exercise", "Inspiratory Muscle Training", "weaning", "mechanically ventilated", "critical care", and "intensive care". Results: From four articles analyzed, we found an effect of inspiratory muscle training on ventilator weaning, which was carried out on therapy five times a week, and some were carried out for seven days for two weeks and increased respiratory muscle strength. Conclusion: Inspiratory muscle training in mechanically ventilated patients is a nursing intervention that requires evidence-based preparation of guidelines to provide best practice. The optimalization of inspiratory muscles exercise can help the weaning process and be implemented further.
ABSTRAKElektroplating merupakan proses pelapisan logam dengan menggunakan arus listrik yang bertujuan untuk memperlambat korosi dan memperindah penampilan. Logam pelapis yang digunakan adalah krom dengan jenis dekoratif yang mempunyai lapisan tipis dan menitikberatkan pada tampak rupa namun tetap menambah daya tahan terhadap korosi. Penelitian ini menggunakan spesimen berupa tembaga dengan panjang 2 cm dan lebar 1 cm. Variasi dilakukan pada konsentrasi elektrolit yaitu 5 g/L, 10 g/L dan 15 g/L. Elektrolit yang digunakan adalah Kromium Klorida yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Kondisi operasi elektroplating ditentukan dengan cara percobaan/eksperimen polarisasi dengan mengatur voltase dari 0,1 sampai 3,5 dengan interval voltase 0,1. Arus yang dihasilkan dicatat lalu dibuat kurva polarisasi. Arus yang dipakai untuk elektroplating adalah 80% arus tertinggi (80% limiting current) dan arus tertinggi (limiting current) pada masing-masing konsentrasi. Hasil penelitian diuji menggunakan digital microscope diperoleh hasil pada konsentrasi 5 g/L dan 10 g/L permukaan yang terlapisi krom lebih merata. Sedangkan pada konsentrasi 15 g/L terdapat juga lapisan krom tetapi tidak merata. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil terbaik diperoleh pada konsentrasi 5 g/L dengan arus 18,2 mA yang memiliki lapisan krom lebih merata. Proses penyepuhan atau juga dikenal dengan elektroplating/elektrodeposisi adalah proses yang melibatkan reaksi reduksi dari logam terlarut di dalam larutan elektrolit yang berlangsung di permukaan elektroda (katoda). Elektroplating biasanya dilakukan dalam sistem yang terdiri dari katoda, anoda, elektroda referensi, dan larutan elektrolit. Aims: Nursing Services strive to provide a source of support for the patient’s family by implementing the Family Centered Care model in critical care rooms, focusing on providing family-centered nursing care services has not been fully applied in hospitals optimally. Objective: To Analyze the factors related to the implementation of family center care in critical nursing rooms at the Karawang district hospital. Methods: The research is a quantitative research with a correlational analytic descriptive research design with a cross-sectional design and the sample used is total sampling. The independent variables include Knowledge, Attitudes Bahavior and Facilities, while the dependent variable is Implementation of Family Center Care. Data analysis used univariate median tests, standard deviation or frequency, while bivariate tests used chi square and multivariate tests used logistic regression tests. Results: The results showed that the average implementation of Family Center Care was 64.00%, with the lowest implementation being 23% and the highest being 65%. From the bivariate results it was found that half of the respondents had good knowledge (57.4%), and more than half of the respondents had a supportive attitude (57.4%), complete facilities (68.5%), and good behavior (53.7%). The results of the logistic regression analysis showed that the implementation of Family Center Care by nurses in the critical care room was influenced by the most dominant factor, namely attitude, with a p-value (0.000) less than (0.05). Conclusion: In the study is that the implementation of Family Center Care by nurses in the Critical Care Room at Karawang Hospital is influenced by the attitude of the nurse, where from the supportive attitude of the nurse it can encourage the behavior of nurses towards the implementation of Family Center Care in the Critical Care Room at Karawang Hospital. With the implementation of Family Center Care properly, it will improve the quality nursing services.
