Жидкостный мелкодисперсный аэрозоль широко используется во многих технологических процессах в машиностроении, медицине и в сельском хозяйстве. При этом необходимая производительность получения мелкодисперсного аэрозоля колеблется от 10 мл/мин до 3000 мл/мин и более. Известно много способов распыления жидкостей [1-3], среди которых важными преимуществами по качеству получаемого аэрозоля и возможности управления процессом распыления в составе мехатронных систем автоматики отличается способ ультразвукового распыления жидкостей в тонком слое [4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18]. При ультразвуковом распылении в тонком слое реализуется, так называемый, кавитационно-волновой механизм распыления жидкости [3-6], при котором жидкость подается в виде тонкого слоя на нормально вибрирующую поверхность ультразвукового излучателя. При этом на поверхности слоя жидкости возникают стоячие капиллярные волны, частота которых в два раза ниже частоты резонансных колебаний излучателя. Амплитуда капиллярных волн возрастает по мере увеличения амплитуды колебаний излучающей поверхности. Когда амплитуда капиллярных волн достигает величины, при которой нарушается ее устойчивость вследствие преобладания инерционных сил над силами поверхностного натяжения, с гребней капиллярных волн срываются близкие к монодисперсным капли аэрозоля [19]. Это, так называемая волновая часть механизма ультразвукового распыления. Однако одновременно с волновым механизмом процесса распыления присутствует и кавитационный механизм, вызванный тем, что при повышении интенсивности ультразвуковых колебаний излучающей поверхности, в слое жидкости образуется кавитационная прослойка, которая, будучи двухфазной, поглощает и рассеивает ультразвук, снижая КПД процесса распыления. По краям слоя жидкости, смачивающего вибрирующую поверхность, кавитациоонные пузырьки выходят к поверхности слоя жидкости, схлопываются, создавая взрывное распыление за счет расходящихся ударных волн. Кавитационный механизм распыления приводит к частичному нарушению монодисперсности получаемого аэрозоля. Нарушению монодисперсности способствуют и коагуляционные процессы в отлетающем аэрозоле.Следует отметить, что присутствие кавитационных процессов в тонком слое жидкости обеспечивает рассматриваемому способу распыления еще и возможность инактивации вредных как для здоровья человека, так и для технологических процессов, микроорганизмов [20].Исходя из описанного механизма распыления в тонком слое, производительность такого ультразвукового распылителя определяется, прежде всего, площадью излучающей поверхности, которая
