L’atelier-débat centré sur les questions administratives a permis d’identifier différents types de préoccupations partagées par des enseignants d’EPS à l’heure d’organiser leurs camps. Centrale, la question du financement a fait l’objet de nombreuses discussions, interrogeant notamment les différentes ressources disponibles (Confédération, canton, Fondation du Fonds du sport, commune). Variables selon les établissements, les ressources communales ont questionné la participation financière demandée aux parents et les situations d’inégalités qui peuvent émerger selon les lieux d’habitation. Au fil des débats, le rôle joué par le responsable de camp et le soutien (plus ou moins) affiché des directions ont été également été abordés. Enfin, les débats se sont portés sur la constitution des équipes responsables de l’organisation des camps, des enjeux sous-jacents (moniteurs ou collègues), et de l’importance de développer des projets qui se veulent collectifs, reconnus et partagés.
