This study is concerned with the unified analytical solution of rotor strength for the segmented permanent magnet (PM) rotor retained by the carbon-fibre sleeve and non-magnetic alloy sleeve in high-speed surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous machine. Considering the influence of different densities and coefficients of thermal expansion of PMs and pole fillers on rotor stress, the analytical solution for rotor strength was proposed based on displacement method and stress potential method in polar coordinate. The proposed analytical solution was validated by the finite-element method (FEM) and experiment, respectively, and the influences of rotational speed, retaining sleeve thickness and interference fit between the retaining sleeve and PMs on rotor strength were further investigated based on the analytical solution proposed. It is shown that the results calculated by the proposed analytical solution and the FEM are in good agreement with each other, and the analytical solution can accurately predict the stress distributions of the segmented PM rotor retained by the carbon-fibre sleeve and non-magnetic alloy sleeve. The difference in density and coefficient of thermal expansion between PM and pole filler, rotational speed and operating temperature have great effects on rotor strength.
Combination therapy has gained a lot of attention thanks to its superior activity against cancer. In the present study, we report a cRGDtargeted liposomal preparation for co-delivery of programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) small interfering RNA (siRNA) and anemoside B4 (AB4)AB4/siP-c-Land evaluate its anticancer efficiency in mouse models of LLC and 4T1 tumors. AB4/siP-c-L showed a particle size of (180.7 ± 7.3) nm and a ζ-potential of (32.8 ± 1.5) mV, with high drug encapsulation, pH-sensitive release properties, and good stability in serum. AB4/siP-c-L demonstrated prolonged blood circulation and increased tumor accumulation. Elevated cellular uptake was dependent on the targeting ligand cRGD. This combination induced significant tumor inhibition in LLC xenograft tumor-bearing mice by downregulating PD-L1 protein expression and modulating the immunosuppressive microenvironment. Liposomes favored the antitumor T-cell response with long-term memory, without obvious toxicity. A similar tumor growth inhibition was also demonstrated in the 4T1 tumor model. In summary, our results indicate that cRGD-modified and AB4and PD-L1 siRNA-coloaded liposomes have potential as an antitumor preparation, and this approach may lay a foundation for the development of a new targeted drug delivery system.
Sustainable architectural education is offered in colleges and universities all over the world. Studies have emphasized the importance of sustainable architectural education in introductory courses of architecture major programs, but methods and strategies for teaching sustainable architecture at lower levels are scarce. This study focuses on the design-to-physical-construction process and creates a teaching framework that incorporates the concept of sustainable development from the perspectives of sustainable economy, environment and society. Based on the teaching method of learning through the design-to-physical-construction process and referring to the grounded theory, a case study on a bamboo construction project was conducted to explore approaches and strategies of sustainable architectural education in introductory courses. Results reveal that five systems, including the system of sustainable development, consist of a framework that illustrated the teaching effects. Based on the framework, we discovered five factors that should be considered in incorporating the concept of sustainable development into architectural design teaching, including the necessity of conducting sustainable architectural education in introductory courses. This study helps explore the potential role sustainability plays in incorporating interdisciplinary knowledge, connecting specialized knowledge across different program levels, and motivating student learning. It also provides a reference for the practice of sustainable architectural education.
