Dermatitis kontak akibat kerja (DKAK) adalah kondisi kelainan kulit akibat terpapar oleh bahan yang digunakan pada saat bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan subjektif dermatitis kontak pada pekerja pabrik tahu di kecamatan Citeureup kabupaten Bogor tahun 2020.Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain <em>cross sectional.</em>Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 68 dari total populasi.Sasaran penelitian ini adalah pekerja pembuat tahu yang berada di kecamatan Citeureup. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan <em>thermohigrometer </em>dan lembar kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada para pekerja. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji statistik <em>chi-square</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan antara lama kontak (<em>p-value </em>= 0,000), suhu (<em>p-value </em>= 0,007), kelembapan (<em>p-value </em>= 0,072), usia (<em>p-value </em>= 0,038), riwayat penyakit dermatitis (<em>p- value </em>= 0,003), masa kerja (<em>p-value </em>= 0,041), APD (<em>p-value </em>= 0,000), <em>personal hygiene </em>(<em>p- value </em>= 0,000) dengan keluhan subjektif dermatitis kontak pada pekerja pabrik tahu di kecamatan Citeureup kabupaten Bogor.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah keluhan subjektif dermatitis kontak dipengaruhi oleh lama kontak, suhu, kelembaban, usia, riwayat penyakit kulit, masa kerja, APD dan juga <em>personal hygiene</em>. Saran untuk pekerja lebih meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap penyakit kulit yang diderita dan juga untuk lebih memperhatikan kenyamanan dan keselamatan tempat kerjanya.
